McDonald's — Restaurant in Carbondale

I seriously hate this McDonald's! Every time I go there, they make me pull to the side and wait for my food. Today I had a long day and decided to run threw the drive threw for dinner( my sleeping one year old in the back) and of course when I get to the last window they ask me to pull in to spot number 2 (number one was already full of course) I probably set there for 10 mins until I noticed the man sitting in his truck at spot one got out of his truck and walked in to get his food. I then came to the assumption that they had of course forgotten we where sitting out here but seeing the man would remind them that I was out here as well, so I continued to watch the man walk back out with his food looking just as aggravated as myself and getting in his truck and racing off. I thought for sure mine would come shortly after all that but instead I sat there for another 15 mins until I decided I had no other choice then to wake my sleeping child up from her nap to walk in and get my dinner. I very politely declined the free cookies I was offered from the manager that was oh so sorry for the wait even tho they all where standing around talking when I walked up to the counter so finally I was handed my food and put my very tired fussy baby back in her carseat and enjoyed over salty fries and a cold burger on the rest of my thirty min drive. Don't have a drive threw if you can't manage one. I would have never even stopped there if I would have known I was going to have to go in. Thanks for ruining my last day off...

Can't say nothing good about the place had a doctors appointment at 2:30 got there with my two grandkids about 3:30 they didn't bring me my food buy 4:00 o;clock went to the counter with the receipt told the person at the counter I had not received my food yet they asked to see the receipt the time on the receipt was incorrect it said that I made my order at 2:15 that is not possible because I was at a doctors office at 2:30 in carterville after leaving the doctor's office we went to the McDonald's in Carbondale and it was around 3:30 but I placed my orderafter seeing the time the lady refused to give me my food and said I had already received it and ate it at this point my grandchildren became very upset because they were hungry and had not received any foodthe lady snatch the receipt out of my hand and said she would give the kids their Happy meals but she wasn't giving me my food so that I can eat it again I never received my food in the first place I asked to speak to the who they said her name was Hollybut they said she was not there and would not be there till the next day I am a very unpleased customer this is very sad because I probably will never go back there it is one of the favorite places of my...

So, I first mentioned in a non aggressive way how I saw that someone else touched my order, an excuse was given... And then I actually mentioned how the drink lacked the extra Carmel, which I paid for, I asked what happened to it... all that was said was, "I don't know." There was no offer to have neither purchase remade... I didn't notice the size was different and that it had chocolate on top until I got home. I ONLY noticed the carmel Drizzle was missing from the inside of the cup because it is always a thing that I have to look for with them.
