Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Carlisle

Our waitress was great to start off. Then we has an issue and it all went downhill from there. My sons meal was not cooked to order. We sent it back and the waitress made it a point to let us know that she did not key it in incorrectly so it wasn't her fault. Second round comes out and its burnt again. This time the waitress completely avoided our table multiple times. We got fed up and decided to pay with the machine at the table and come to find out we were charged again for my sons meal. We then had to try to find our waitress until we had to flag down another wait staff and have them get a manager for us. The manager came out and talked to us and apologized. Told us she would take care of the issue, get us our desert that came with the meal and some giftcards. The waitress came out and tried to slide the boxed and bagged up food onto the table without us noticing. She then realized she was caught and asked of their was anything else she could get us. In the end, we got our drinks comp'd and the manager asked me to ask for her next time we were in. In all honesty there probably won't be a next time as the service is just terrible. My family's food was hot but mine was cold. Waitress told me they must have got lazy and made it ahead of time. That's kinda gross. Also found a hair in it. I was very polite. She first offered to reheat it....yuck. That should not be an option. Maybe they reheat food a lot? Also they did not give it to me for free, just a few dollars off. I didn't bother to ask for it for free but normally when something bad happens the manager makes it right since I had to wait so long. I ordered a different item and had to wait for it to get made while our baby got frustrated from waiting. We ended up boxing most of mine. Food was good otherwise. I also ran out of tea and they never offered a refill. Probably forgot to or she just didn't like my face because I was super nice the whole time. Update: after I posted this my daughter came down with a serious case of food poisoning. I figured since she is little she was more sensitive to the the unsanitary conditions of the food here. We had called the restaurant at the time. Hopefully they have fired everyone responsible since then but my family will not be back. We are just too scared of how they are...

Last visit was horrible. Don't know how this one waitress keeps her job, but it seems we get her whenever she is at her worst. Apparently the table we were next to (booth) were friends of her's. They had their chihuahua ON THE TABLE eating food. Waitress came to get our order and just as I started to tell her, she walked off to talk to her friends. Could care less about us! Daughter took a chance and ordered grilled chicken. It was raw! Took forever to flag someone down, waitress was nowhere to be seen. When the food came back out, the manager actually tried to argue with me that the chicken wasn't raw, that the dark spot was from where the bone was. I buy meat in bulk and prep it for meals, I cook quite a bit, I also know the color of muscle, meat, connective tissue, blood, etc and this was raw! We finished our meal and waited for my daughter to finish her's. Every time we think maybe enough time has passed that this location may have gotten their act together, we are proven SO very wrong. ...
