It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Carlisle

Orderd 45.00 worth of wings drove 15 miles oneway to get them . When I got there parked in the spot they they emailed which was parking space #1 waited 10 mins for them to come out side ......when they come outside to deliver the food the bag had spot #3 on it..i...didn't think its wrong order at the time but now it made sense , I then drove 15 miles home to find out its the wrong order, call chili's spoke to the girl who answered the phone and explained she said what do you want me to do hummmmm!!!! I said let me speak to the manager 10 mins later he gets on the phone and I explained to him he said we can not replace because kitchen was closed , so he said I can offered you a refund that was on May 9th its now the 13th ....still no money put back into my account so I call chili's to see what's going on he said it's 5 working day ..wow it didn't take that long for them to take my money... All I can say is check your stuff before you leave also( its just wings )you should have given us a free order for are next visit but you never offered...Thats why we will never go back ....

Update : It's now June 2 still not refund 7 more day will be a month .....stay very far away from this place ...

I have gotten wings and fries a good amount of times here through doordash. First things first, it is indeed Chillis kitchen making these. They are certifiably different from say, an appetizer of wings you would get from Chillis but still, it's the same company and location. Kinda messed up they advertise it as a whole separate operation imo, feels dishonest. This is reflected in my score.

However, the food itself pretty consistent. A nice variety of flavors that they are adding to, fries are good fast food quality (if you're into that, I am lol), and not TOO expensive. A little high for what you're getting but doordash seems to be the one doing that mostly. I have only gotten a drink with my food once delivered to me and it was soda water, very disappointing.

Overall I have yet to find a decent, convenient wing place that's better than this that has delivery and takeout honestly. So keep expectations in check but its not...

The manager at this place is a joke. Grub hub had my food sitting for over an hour because they couldn’t find a driver so I called in and said I was going to pick it up instead. I asked if they could remake since it got cold at no fault of my own. The manager says I’d have to reorder it and essentially pay for one meal twice because Grub Hub screwed up. I can clearly see why this place has such poor reviews, their leadership is sinking the ship. Do not buy food here they are careless and...
