So today is April 3rd and I made my order around 3:00 to 3:30 today and I ordered the ultimate piece of bundle which was like $24.99 so I guess when you're doing delivery from Pizza Hut they use doordash so when I received my order my pizza box one of my pizzas was open the seal was pulled back and pushed back so I thought that was kind of odd so I called the store at first no one would answer and then I kept calling back and then when I called someone answered the phone and I said yes I so I just ordered from you guys I received my pizza and one of my pizzas were open so he said to me I don't know what you're talking about or what you're saying so he was on a defense if immediately when I called so I know that there's some security issues concerning my digital devices but I asked this person for their name and they refuse to give me their name for no reason at all I just wanted to know and document the call when I spoke to them to let them know that my pizza came with the still broken off of it so it was a bag because I had received some Parmesan chicken and that bag had a stick stick on it so when you do deliveries they put stickers on it so when they secure the bag the sticker prevents anybody from going inside of the actual food so that's like really good for it to be some type of security so the way that the pizza box was unsecure is that the sticker was pulled back and bunched up so yeah so I asked the person his name he was didn't want to give me his name and then I said okay so can I speak to a manager he said he was the manager so it just seemed like he was secure in the process of not giving me any information or to be able to process the complaint of my food being sent to me all the other items were secure except for the vegetable pizza so he said that he wasn't clocked in when my pizza was being made so if you're a manager you're on a premises and you're working all the time it doesn't matter when you're clocked in so he's using like mentioning things and that's how you know why it's odd and how it's odd mentioning things because they have nothing to do with the process if you're a manager ultimately because you're a manager you care about the quality of food and you don't question a person and try to make them feel guilty that this person is psychotic I'm the customer he didn't know what to do the call seemed very fake. Read moreAfter working food service (including fast food and delivery) I'm pretty understanding when things go a bit side ways...a few times but 10 major mess-ups in a row and I'm done.
I live near this location and it would be my go-to place for a quick meal.
However, I'm done with this place. You place an order and TWO HOURS AFTER "out for delivery" a single pizza and bread sticks ARE STILL MIA and no one can tell me if or when my order will arrive.
So I'm on the phone trying to get the order cancelled and the driver pulls up and gets my order out of the car. It's in a clear plastic bag FILLED WITH WATER from the steam and the box is folding in half under the weight due to the water.
I am astounded that this place is still open. And like I said this was the 10TH screw up in a row. We have had completely wrong orders delivered to tables more than once, food alergies NOT RESPECTED, complete orders lost while dining in and told multiple times "it will be out in a min" when the order was never put in, multiple hours for deliveries, cold and fat congeled food delivered. Seriously every thing the training tell an employee NEVER DO.

Read moreI ordered a large 3 topping pizza, bread sticks, and a 2L soda last night at about 4:45pm. I scheduled the delivery to be 6pm so I could take a shower and do some chores around the house before the pizza arrived.
By 6:30pm, I had no idea where the food was, so I called the store. The lady that I spoke with was rather rude, almost like she wanted to be anywhere BUT there, and wanted me off the phone asap. (I had to call twice even before anyone actually answered) All she told me was that "it was on its way" and then hung up.
When the food FINALLY got here, an hour later than scheduled, I was completely missing the 2L Dr Pepper I had ordered. The delivery driver didn't even bother to knock on the door, either, and the only way I knew he was there was that I heard him walking around the hallway outside my apartment.
The food itself looked decent, but it was luke warm temperature at best. I had to put it in the microwave to get it to a good temp to enjoy it.
I've been using this pizza hut since I moved to the area last year. It was good up until about 6 months ago, and now its going down hill. I dont think I'll be using this location anymore.
