Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I'm looking into suing you for shorting your customers. I have been eating at your restaurant since the early '80s and I actually worked at 1:00 in 1987. You guys habitually short your customers on nacho cheese and shredded cheese.That might sound silly but I have 10 pictures of cups of nacho cheese that I bought from you that are half full. That means you're selling 1 oz of cheese when you're supposed to be selling 2. And when you confront the restaurant about it they say it's supposed to be two pumps. Your menu does not say two pumps for 89 cents which is a rip off in itself if the cup is even full. It says 2 oz of nacho cheese for 89 cents. I'm showing all these pictures to a lawyer and asking if I can actually sue you for this. Google says I can. You better start filling them cups up cuz I promise you I'm going to take this as far as I can. I'm sick of you guys robbing people you have sorry food with sorry portions and you keep raising the price to outrageous prices. You make me sick I hope I can make you sick with a lawsuit. People are getting sick of those kiosks too, you want to charge outrageous prices but you don't want to pay people to work. Business is like yours is what's wrong with the world today. We ordered vegetarian food for a group of 5 people and one of the orders (selected from the exclusive vegetarian menu at the kiosk) came with beef. Since none of us eat meat, or have ever eaten meat before, one of us ended up consuming some of the beef before realising that the order was wrong which led to the rest of us disassembling our food to double check if there was any meat which completely ruined the experience. The service was extremely slow, it was an afternoon and there were 5 people in the staff, with only one other occupied table and yet our orders came after nearly a 20 minute wait with 1-2 items missing from the order list. The food staff work super slowly. The wrong bathroom code was repeatedly given which prevented us from using the facilities. After asking numerous times, the correct code was finally given after much frustration. I guess expecting the staff to realise that if a whole group orders only vegetarian food, they probably have a dietary/religious reason to do so - so the orders must be double checked is too much to expect. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra stake. The first half had no stake and the second half had 5 stake strips. Talked to management and they made a new one. The new one was a great gesture on there part but the way they smashed it after they wrapped it was really petty and childish. Side note if the order was made correctly the first time, customers won't have to waist there time just to get something not edible anyway. The full order was $24.00. 2 cheese roll ups 1 Baja blast 2 grilled cheese burritos extra stake no fiesta strips. The second burrito had very little stake as well. The fact that the interaction was completely fine during the talk with the manager just to get a purposely smashed burrito that was still made incorrect is pathetic....
