Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Everytime I've stopped in for take out, this place and everyone working there are always super busy. Sometimes it takes someone a few minutes to get to ya and because they're always so busy, you may get asked your name and what you ordered quite a few different times by different employees who have noticed you standing there or in your car, I never mind at all. Sitting back watching this well oiled machine of works and how each employee seems to have their own designated job they're very attentive to all combining together is pretty neat and even though I've gotta answer the same question the last few employees asked me, I'm glad to answer each time knowing they're all busy and glad each that have asked questions has taken the time to ensure I was taken care of regardless of how busy they were, Just as I've seen them do with every other customer that's came in their door. I've never once had "bad" service or experience here. I always even tip well even through the drive up just for this reason. Even though getting your yummy pizza delivered to your home makes life easier, I'd strongly recommend swinging by to pick it up for yourself just to see what real customer...

We placed our order. This isn’t the first time they have taken forever! I was watching the tracker it said 17-22 minutes we have been waiting over 40 minutes and the time came off of the tracker once it hit over 30 minutes. I called down and the employee asked his manager to see how long it would take to get the order in oven. He said they don’t have an answer. This place is a joke, i knew i should have ordered from the one on canal. They are always on point with time and tracker accurate. Please work on this line getting these pizzas in the oven and out. tl;dr Order wasn't ready on time, and then they got the order wrong and the items had poor qc.

Ordered a large pizza and parm bites through the website, which gave an estimate of 12-17 minutes. Got there after 15 minutes and they had trouble finding the order, and then once they found it they said it was still in the prep line and would be another 15-20 minutes. Ended up being 20 minutes.
