I'M NOT LOVIN' IT!!!!!!!!!!! Save your time and money unless you just have both to waste!! Normally go the drive thru when I do go to this McDonalds for some reason 8/06/2022 @ 5:15pm . I actually went into the location and ordered at the counter. Once order was placed. I stepped to the side and noticed an female employee texting / tapping on her cell phone with no gloves on by a food work station. Awaiting my order which finally came. I'm under the assumption that my food will be cooked to perfection and HOT! I was SOOOOOOO Disappointed mostly due to the time I waited for the order. Once I left and got into my car to go back to work which is 5 mins away. I realized and noticed the 🍟 we're stone cold, rubbery, chewy, & LIMP! The Fries were turned over in the container. Not standing up crisp and or just made at all. The Fillet O Fish was nothing special either. The $$ paid out for a #6 meal it was definitely not 🚫 worth it! I understand why I do not really eat fast food anymore but I did have a craving for this meal and Mc Donalds did NOT COME THRU! If you are not going to make & or prepare fresh fries for your customers please stop false advertising that you do. This store proves it!! The customer service was whatever & needs some serious help. The Kiosk and Mc Donalds APP are a deterrent so they don't have to deal with their customers on a regular basis. Also you have to ask for add'l condiments if you want or need. The counter staff called my order # out dropped the bag and went to the back. I actually had to wait for someone to come back up to front just to ask for ketchup for the jacked up fries that I didn't know were cold plus salt & pepper. There is a sign that has the mgmt company name & phone number listed for comments / suggestions. I have sent an email to Schulz MGMT but have not heard back from them or anyone. Please do not try and call this location since no one answers the phone there's an answering machine that's states they can not take calls. I do not want anything for FREE from Mc Donalds!! This location need to tighten their professional game UP to a higher level. McDonalds has been in business too long to claim they have the best Fries and they do not! Read moreEvery time I am here 10 minutes before opening at 5:30am and I wait at the entrance of the drive thru. As soon as it turns 5:30 I go in and say hello Good Morning. No one answers. As soon as someone enters the 2nd drive thru entrance they immediately take their order. Today they took 3 orders before even greeting me. I literally had to raise my voice to get Olivia - the lady who always does this to me as if she can see me through the cameras I’m sure- she finally answered and yet another car went through the 2nd entrance. I already spoke to her on some other occasions about how rude and disrespectful of her to ignore me and take 3-4 people’s orders before even greeting me to take mine. I tried going through the 2nd line same problem. I do not appreciate the way she in particular treats me every single time I go to this specific McDonalds off the 5 freeway Palomar AirPort road exit. I verbalize to her how I know she can see me and at this point she is purposefully ignoring me. The ironic part is that most Mexican- Americans treat other Mexican - Americans bad for some reason. This happens very often - not only at this McDonald’s - just in general. Also not all Mexican - Americans treat they’re fellow citizens this way. It’s sad to see that the ones who have no respect for others can’t even be courteous in public, even worse professional at work and treat others with kindness and respect. It’s the worse feeling. I can honestly say that we’re probably one of the only ethnic population too afraid to either speak up for one another or even treat one another with respect. That’s why you never see us protesting or standing up for one another. It’s sad. Read moreThis visit to McDonald's my first visit to this location and it was a busy visit to McDonald's. First off, the line that I could see inside was as packed as a One Direction concert floor seating area at 1:30pm. The parking lot was just as full of cars, so I decided to try the Drive thru. The young lady that took my order was nice and friendly and took my order correctly on the try. Now this is why McDonald's only got 4 stars and not 5 on this visit. On other occasions at McDonald's the duel order menus seams to cause more confusion then necessary. I happen to be in the left lane, an a person was in the right lane and She must of been in a hurry because she bolted to the merging point and I let her past. When getting to window, I was presented with wrong order, but the young lady got my order right on the second try. I was then greeted with the correct sandwich window but the wrong drink, coke, and i responded with, It should be Dr. Pepper. She corrected herself and said your correct, Dr Pepper. I took the drink and the bag next and drove away to the freeway. Remember that parking lot is really busy right now. So I entered the freeway and opened the straw and poped it into my coke. The young lady had the drink correctly identified at the window. Not really a big deal since I can drink coke too, but the sandwich was wrong too. What I thought was a quarter pounder with cheese was a Big Mac without cheese and an Apple Pie with frys. Now you might be thinking, that I got more then I paid for, and I did. It's just that the double order line setup needs some improvement. Now I see that it allows the person that is only ordering a drink to quickly get a drink while the mom ordering 5 happy meals to get her order correctly ordered.
