Dunkin' — Restaurant in Carlstadt

Don't go there in the morning. They only have 2 people in staff. They don't start on the online orders until the long line is done. I placed an order and waited over 25 min for them to only start my order and leave it hiding behind the coffee machine. Complete disregard to online orders. They handed me the order after I asked them to do so. Didn't even apologize for the delay. Another customer just walked away since she couldn't wait any longer. I was 30 min late to work only to find out they messed up on the order and didn't provide me with straws. I'm sure the lack of personnel made it hard for them to handle morning rush, they should probably open their doors during lunch or how more people. Terrible...

This has to be the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I can’t explain how inconsistent this location is and the minimal amount of effort they take to resolve any issue. I don’t eat pork and twice they’ve served pork sausage even though I order Turkey Sausage. Consider that By the time you get your food and go, it’s to late and then you have to call and complain. Even then, they don’t care. If i pay for whipped cream, they never put unless you remind them. This place is awful and shouldn’t even exist. I've been coming here for years as this is the closest location to my house. I'm a regular and come in pretty much every day several times a day and usually get decent service. But this past week every time I have gone in rupal who is one of the girls who's usually there every morning have been nasty to me every time I have walked in. That's not the way to treat a customer especially one who's given your location so much business. And I always feel that when I'm there she's talking about me in Indian cause I'll hear her say my name and keep...
