First time, coffee was over sweetened but the two dozen donuts were good. Second visit the coffee was missing items and the bagel wasn't properly toasted. Third time...is supposed to be a charm...but it was not. I took the bagel in and told the older lady that it wasn't toasted but seemed like it had been sitting out after being toasted and was old. To which she replied, "we never have bagel sitting out or old" with a frown on her face. Then she started to say that she had to charge me for cream cheese because I wasn't charged for it the day before, but I showed her my receipt. It was apparent that she wanted to negate what I was saying and make a big stink, but two other customers walked up behind me so she just shrugged her shoulders and went on to prepared a new bagel for me, which was still done wrong. A 'toasted' bagel should be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside not chewy, like it just came out of the package. Also she's slathered cream cheese on one side and I ended up having to use my coffee straw to get cream cheese on the other side of the bagel. She really had an issue (and honestly, I was nice). They forgot my snackin bacon and I had to drive back to get that, AND it was cold. But this time the coffee was done correctly. Dunkin is no Starbucks and when you have to pay Starbucks prices at Dunkin' donuts, I expect for my food to be done correctly. In these days and times when gas and food is so expensive, these restaurants should be honored that customers are coming to them for their service. Quality over quantity is a necessity in today's times. Any company that shorts customers, should be ashamed. And anyone working in the industry making minimum wage, knows what I'm talking...
Read moreVery lackluster service I come in maybe 2 or 3 times a week when my wife is working at the gas station in the same building. I order the Iced Cake Batter Latte with two Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwiches and an order of hash browns. They always burn my hash browns and I can never taste them only the burnt taste. Just this afternoon my wife ordered a large Iced Chai Latte and a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich, they charged her even though they had an agreement that all Hoosier Market employees would get free drinks and stuff. This one woman, who said she didn't understand English very well, had to call her district manager and my wife was accused of harassment. Seasonal coffee beverages are the ONLY good things on their menu, sandwiches are meh at BEST. Starbucks would be a much better choice at...
