HotBox Pizza — Restaurant in Carmel

This would be fantastic pizza, if it was thoroughly cooked! Utensil, napkin containers were empty and the under-cooked breadsticks came at same time time as the pizza, thus poor service. Has to ask for EVERYTHING at this work-a-raunt. The hand tossed pizza and red sauce is very good, when completely cooked. In late December, 2012 we dined-in and got a pizza that needed about 4 more minutes in the oven as the crust was gooey and raw in some places. Pizza has tasty cheese, but toppings are a bit skimpy. Ditto, as the on the late-arriving breadsticks were a bit raw. I really like their bradsticks, but on this day, I took them home and finished cooking them. Again, the red sauce with the breadsticks is very good! Ode to Hot Box: COOK...

After leaving a different location due to misc reasons, I stopped in zionsville location..I had to exchange my breadsticks because they were old/hard once I opened them in the car .. should've did the slice of pizza also at the same time..not realizing.,but I ate it though minus the* rock hard crust..:( the cheese sauce was good though.was so looking forward to the Lunchbox Special because it had bn awhile since I had bn there...sad to say disappointed wish I wldnv spent the money now and just went down the road to Costco where they wear gloves& hairnets,always fresh..lesson learned. This is hands down the WORST pizza I've ever experienced!

I ordered a thin crust, sausage and mushroom pizza. They said 15-20 min. I arrived in 15.

What was in the box when I got home, was a DRIED out, hard, awful, "pizza".

The sausage was only hard crumbs on top. The cheese was almost non existent and hard. The mushrooms were dried out. There was a red stain from some sauce but no actual wet sauce.

This thing looked like it had been sitting for DAYS.

They claim they will send my money back. Hasn't been enough time to receive it.

This pizza deserves ZERO stars.
