Kretzschy's BBQ Caro — Restaurant in Caro

I want to preface this by saying I love this place; the food is very good, the environment is chill, and the workers are always friendly. I just have two pieces of constructive criticism (at least, for the Caro location):

Perhaps you should get an updated POS system. I generally order the same thing every time I come in, and several workers have gotten the pricing incorrect. Each worker works out the math on a calculator; the problem is that sometimes they look at the wrong item on the menu and calculate the wrong price; other times, their calculations are incorrect altogether due to user error. I've had to correct a few staff members multiple times.

Last issue, I wish the workers were trained to make the food a certain way, and not just dump toppings and hope for the best. It would be nice to get the same proportions every single time, like you would at, say, a fast food restaurant. I want to know what I'm getting.

I really don't mean to complain. I want this place to stay in business and continue to be a staple in this town. The food is fantastic, the joint has character, and everyone is always very nice....

Had our first experience. The salad was excellent (however the ribs were and mediocre at best). Much to thin, overcooked and for the quantity and quality over priced. We asked for glass of water, (ribs were spicier than we had anticipated even though we had "Sweet Rays BBQ sauce") and were told by the manager he was not allowed to provide us one. The request did not seem out of the ordinary for a restaurant. The water available at the fountain drink was out of order however there was water available behind the counter. We could have made an additional purchase, price unknown, but because we had already spent almost $30 on one dinner of about 6 ribs and a salad I chose to leave. Great little place off the beaten path. We were lucky enough to stop in at the end of an auto show and intended to try the loaded brisket fries, but they had roasted a hog overnight and had a $15 all you could eat buffet with pulled pork w/3 different sauces, awesome potato salad, macaroni salad, Mac and cheese, salad greens and fruit. Owner is super courteous and easily could have upsold us on any of the many bbq options available starting at $15+ for half rack, but I had 2 1/2 plates of fantastic pulled pork and seriously good potato salad.
