Update a year later: The manager ended up reaching out and apologizing as did the DoorDash coordinator in the area. I wanted to wait a while to update to see if the changes stuck, and it's been a lot better with the delivery. The food is almost always good and as long as I don't order on a Friday or Saturday night, then the delivery is good as well.

Original review: Placed an order through the Jersey Mike's app, so it was set to deliver through DoorDash. It sat in one location for 30 min and was never delivered. I called the Jersey Mike's and they said the delivery driver picked it up so they couldn't do anything. There's no number for DoorDash and the manager at this location didn't have it either. I had to look it up to call DoorDash. After finding my order they transferred me to a separate department for orders direct from the restaurant. I've been sitting here on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I used to order from this location 2-3 times a week. Now you've lost this customer. This is ridiculous. If you're going to partner with a delivery service in your app, you need to take care of your customers, not leave them hanging and...

Let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY love Jersey Mike's and they have never disappointed.....till now. I was in the area for a construction job and when I found out there was a JM near by I was excited cause I haven't had a sub in a while. Went in and ordered my sub, the same I always order. Turkey and cheese on white made Mike's way. Nothing complicated quick simple and easy. So you would think. I told them how I wanted it and made the mistake of walking away instead of watching them make it. When I got back to work to enjoy my lunch I was immediately disappointed. The bread was hard and dry, the lettuce and tomatoes were brown and wilted. There was BARELY any turkey and cheese on there, it was like the absolute minimum amount they could give me to consider just enough to be called a sandwich. No oregano, no oil and vinegar. Just a plain dry tasteless bland sandwich. I took off the lettuce and tomatoes and just ate the turkey and cheese and threw the rest away. So disappointing considering how much I paid and for the reputation...

Now, this is a comparison review only between the College Rd (CR) location and the N. Lake Park Blvd (NLPB) location. We have eaten at the CR location on various occasions, and the staff is friendly from the time you walk in the door until you depart. And the food is always prepared to your desires. We went to the NLPB location for the first time today, and it was the complete opposite. The staff member assisting us made us feel as though we were bothering them. There was no greeting, no personality, and not much information exchanged. She did make the Italian well (no complaints there). My wife's order was the Chipotle Chicken, which came out, and if she didn't ask for the condiments, she would not have been offered any. It was also not cut in half. I am a firm believer in if you are not enjoying your job maybe you need to find another line of work. That's it, work place atmosphere needs...
