I asked for a coffee while waiting for an evening flight arrival. The young lady told me no coffee as the machine needed to be cleaned. Since there were no other customers I asked if I could wait while she cleaned it. She said it would take 20 mins, probably hoping I would say I could not wait. However I said I would wait. She was not happy as I was interrupting her cell phone call. I got my coffee less than 10 mins later. And it tasted ok. There were no napkins at the service station so I went to the bar to get napkins to observe the barman sitting down and also fully engaged on a cell phone call. The place is good if you you have lots of time...

We waited for food for an hour and still left incomplete with our order.

We came for lunch before a flight. We ordered immediately but they only sent out 1 plate out of 9 after 30 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and we still didn’t have any other food.

Then when we asked for the food to go and let them know we had a flight to catch- after another 20 minutes went by and we still only had 2 plates.

We had to leave so we paid full price and tipped early because we were trying to speed up the process. All in all, we overpaid and did not receive all our food. For us, we regret...
