Today...my poor service review of your poorly serviced restaurant pertains to my wife...Dorothy Trischett's poor service review of your restaurant...Friday on 10/11/2024...because I'm the one who got sick...and constipated from your cold eggs...cold sausage...and cold toast...because since Friday's poor service of your restaurant towards the both of us...my stomach has been upset...and constipated since yesterday...too...and I told you... yesterday...that I ate whatever I could eat of your terrible cold breakfast...because I was hungry...and I didn't have time to reorder another one...because we had to catch a 2 hour bus ride...which we barely caught...because of your three stooges conference on my terrible cold breakfast...or otherwise...we had to wait another 90-minutes to catch another bus ride...so obviously....as you can finally see now...just because I ate whatever I could eat of your terrible cold breakfast... and obviously...as you can finally see now...that doesn't mean that I liked it...and obviously...that you can finally see now....that's why I told you everything that I've told you...on Friday...and I told you...four times...on Friday...that if your terrible $10.99 cold breakfast wasn't removed from our bill...that we wouldn't be returning to your poorly serviced restaurant...too...and for the the fifth time...I'm telling you...that we won't be returning to your poorly serviced restaurant...so hopefully...after five times of telling you about your poorly serviced restaurant...you hopefully can finally understand now...that Dorothy...and I will never be returning to your poorly serviced restaurant...and now we both feel completely insulted from how you all have incompetently mishandled our terrible experience...at your poorly serviced restaurant...so now we want a complete refund of $30.39 or we'll take our terrible experience at your poorly serviced restaurant...over all of your heads...and see what they've got to say about it...and then they can have a nice talk about it...to all...
Read moreI'm giving these 2 overall stars because of the Owner, who I asked to be called so I could address my complaint. We arrived before 1100, 15 minutes after no one had taken the drinks order at the very least. After 5 more minutes, we get our order taken. After some time, my son's drink arrives, mine doesn't. I said something and the waitress asked which drink? I said: "A cafe, au lait" she said she put it at another table, she brings the coffee and said that no one had touched it. I hesitated but kept the coffee since I was going to wait longer for the replacement. Waited 45 minutes after our drinks for an order of smoked salmon and cream cheese bagles and a bacon, ham, sausage omelette with added onions and green peppers. When our order arrived, it was only the omelette. Waited 10 more minutes, and I saw a salmon bagle dish sitting at the counter. I said sometime to a waiter and, you guessed it, after 10 minutes on the counter, that was my son dish. When I started my omelette, I realized there were no vegetables, and the bacon was hard as a rock. The omelette was also cold. They take back the plate, and after 20 minutes, I get my plate. I ate it, and around the time to pay, I told the waitress to give me an espresso double to go on the house. She said she was getting the manager. Manager was like, "I can only give you a 10% discount because of the wait time." I'm like, "Well, it was not just that," and proceeded to explain the whole ordeal. She refused and told me she's not going to lose her job over a coffee. I said that I was willing to pay the full amount, no 10%, but I wanted the coffee, she refused again, I asked for the owner to be called. owner comes out, and I explained again the whole ordeal. She agrees and gives me the coffee and the 10% discount. This establishment has a serious problem with clientele wait time for their food and customer service. The wait time was incredible, and the food is mediocre for what they charge. They need to do better for...
Read moreWe had some açaí bowls from this place a day before, and a customer waiting to order on the line as we walked in made a bad comment about the açaí bowls and my brother agreed with her the person on the cashier started looking at them weird and told them not to talk about it inside the place that if they wanted to comment about it to walk outside, as I saw him a little mad there were 4 other workers there and I asked where do you order? He looked at me and started screaming and been verbally aggressive (my brother and he’s partner are gays) so of course they do not have an issue with any sexual orientation anyone may have.. The worker keeps on being aggressive and then said my brother-in-law call him gay which is a lie.. I asked him if you having an issued with them why as soon as I said good afternoon where can I make my order way before all his verbal aggressions started to turn himself aggressive with me too and he say because I saw you together.. very unprofessional,aggressive to be dealing with customer and threatened us to came outside to handled the situation different meaning fighting.. I was really scared since we were staying in the hotel and we could not know what to spect after that ..I hope no one have to go...
