Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Carpinteria

Ordered a bacon guacamole thick burger in a lettuce wrap. They rung it up correctly but the person making it make a normal lettuce wrapped burger by accident. No big deal.

Asked the overworked and obviously stressed employee Nick about it, he apologized and had them remake it and gave us cookies. Awesome.

Then I asked for hot sauce, not the chalula, the other one. He said they just had that and Buffalo. Ok, that's odd, but fine.

They brought the replacement burger. I noticed the other hot sauce behind the counter and asked about it "oh, you asked for hot sauce, not salsa..." Ok Nick, can I have some salsa?

The burger did not have the extras I asked for and had about one drop of sauce on it. I asked for the extras and said it had almost no sauce.

As he went back to fix it he said "there's sauce, I see it right here". Up until that I was fine with mistakes but he obviously was stessed and let it vent on me. There was enough sauce to spread on maybe 1/32 of that burger...

He fixed it and I left, but to have to feel like I'm being punished for just asking politely for what I ordered, multiple times, really made me leave angry and frustrated....

So approximately October 2, mother came down to visit me. She’s in senior citizen. We stopped at Carl’s Jr. and car on the way to the train station. We ordered. Buy one get one free biscuit sandwich, a coffee, and then we ordered another single sandwich lady behind the counter when I asked for a cup of ice water, she then charged me for a bottle of water making the total come to $24 when it should not have came to over 12. The lady behind the counter was an elderly woman. She was horrible. She was practically laying on the counter and when I told her there was a mistake she said there’s something she could do about it, contact coupons nothing more. There was no discipline towards the worker here. We are in two days before December and we receive nothing. You do not hit up Carl’s Jr. in the morning and the owner of Carl’s. Jr Well he does not Care about his customers at all!!! Pathetic to treat to 79 On our way to the train at 7:30 in the morning if I could give no stars, I would the owner doesn’t deserve to own...

I hate to say that this is the most terrible Carl’s Jr. in the world, but this is the fourth time. I’ve got nothing but junk food from these people Cook here I don’t know what they’re doing but somebody needs to go back to school. I’m tired of spending $40 for two burgers, two fries and sodas it’s ridiculous and then getting Poor sloppily throwing together fast food. Don’t waste your money by coming here go to McDonald’s go somewhere else anywhere but here. They must’ve paid those four-star people to put there. Feedback on here. Five dollar onion rings and you get five onion rings. How does that work? It took them 25 minutes to put my food together because they were. down to one fryer. My french fries were Under the warmer for 20 minutes before I got them. I ordered extra cheese on my Diablo fries and I had to keep reminding them or else. I would’ve never gotten it on there.
