I had the most amazingly refreshing experience today that I felt really compelled to share. I recently moved to a new city in Santa Barbara and was having a hard adjustment to the lack of healthy food options. I love to cook like the best of us, but when you’re busy devoting every day like most of us Lightworker’s are to changing the world, it can sometimes be difficult to find the time to do all that is required to cook a really healthy and nutritious meal, esp for lunch. And boy do we need it with all the energy we expend each day! I have really been wrestling in my spirit about this - I feel ‘home’ for the first time in my life, but this has been bothering me. Where is the consciousness??? Then a little foodie angel led me to what I thought was always a catering business. I had never taken the time to actually stop by and step inside, just assuming (ah those deadly assumptions) that they weren’t open to the public. Today I stepped inside and what I experienced actually made me cry. Everything was sparkling and immaculate. The staff was happy and glowing. The decor was modern and simple in its beauty. The food was truly out of this world flavorful, organic, local and amazing. The glass doors were so immaculate and clean they actually had to put signs up warning ppl that there were doors there! When an Owner cares THIS much, doesn’t it make you get all goosy and emotional inside? I don’t know when I’ve ever been so happy dining out, and when I’ve ever felt such love and care put into the food, esp at a restaurant. So today I want to truly honor these beautiful owners at Food Liaison in Carpinteria, CA. I now have a happy place to go to each day (and they’re open until 3pm M-F), after a long morning of world changing. A place where I feel truly honored, loved and appreciated. Restored. Happy. Grateful. Thank you for...

I wish we had noted down the staff member's name who attended to us that day, because the service we received differs greatly from the owner's response, and I most certainly do not appreciate being gaslighted here. We won't be coming back.
Came here for lunch and we chose the salad bar, which was priced according to the weight of the food you picked.
Upon paying for two of those, I realized that I am also paying for the weight of the container, which goes against California law. We spoke to the employee on duty and she claimed that the manager was not around, and refused to do anything about it.
What these guys are doing is unethical. You’ve been warned. Don’t get food from...

Service: 11/5 Roseanne is super nice. Hooked me up with a cookie as a newbie. She assured me it did not taste gluten free. I wish I had bought a dozen!
Food: 11/5 take Jack's bagels and wrap it around the best burrito you've had in a long time. I also don't generally like chicken, but this stuff was cooked and seasoned just right. This place earns the food liaison title with its ability to food whisper.
Location: 1/5 It needs to be where I live.
I'm a crack burrito addict. I need more excuses to work in...
