T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Carpinteria

Wow, hey community of Carpinteira Calif. do you know that we have a very nice store T mobil Sprint in Carpinteria, yea I'm very sure you know about it, but is not only the nice an clean store, I'm talking about the assisting manager, Eddy, what a great person he helps people to find their needs when you are talking about phones and great deals on services, I stopped by last week and by my surprise he fixed a problem I had with my phone. vey helpful and he knows a lot about phones and deals. All I can say is Thank you very much Eddy and he's body as well Mark Klever. they both and the rest of people I notice very attended and lovely to people....

I am from belgium and went in for a pre paid Datacard (18 june - 13:32 pst) They installed one but screwed the PSWD ...the man behind the desk #303 had to ask continuously for help and finally they installed another SIM card -- no PIN needed (so why ??) - NOW I found out via the bill that they discarded a 4G card ... via the bill and installed a another but basic SIM card ... so only Egde was dataspeed - useless - for my GPS during my visit to US -- remarkably they highlighted the non refundable text !!! so the KNEW about the problems - FYI the original SIM worked via (expensive) roaming in T-Mobile access in 4G mode ! so no phone...

I went to this branch at Saturday 6:30 jan 20 2017 a employee who was there was so rude, and starting mocking which i had never seen yet two guys were there on of them was Spanish the bad guy was not Spanish, when i came out he did cut off my data, i called customer service and they fixed for me. I am pretty sure that guy was cutting off my data and for 2 hours i was on the phone with customer service to fixe that.... Like such as employees hurt to any...
