I hate to leave a negative review like this but I’ve been trying to cancel for months and just had to get a new credit card because no one would respond to my emails or calls. For how nice and friendly Johnny was I’m incredibly disappointed. Anyways, if you sign up be sure to ask how you’d like to cancel since that seems to be impossible.

EDIT: I’ve emailed the Gmail 5 times since October of 2024, I sent an email asking how to cancel on 09/06, 09/16, 10/11, 02/10 and 02/13. I’ve called countless times with no answer, I’ve left a voicemail on three different occasions. I ended up calling my credit card company and asking for the phone number associated with the transaction because I thought the number I was calling was outdated but the number associated with the credit card account is disconnect. The email and phone number was from the website. After the disconnected phone number associated with the credit card transaction I gave up and just accepted my loss of getting a new card, which was the ultimate inconvenience I was...

Just joined and experience thus far has been great. Sign up was entirely online - I did end up calling to get some help as I thought I hadn't received the link sent by text. The owner, Jonny, actually answered the phone and was a pleasant dude to interact with! He felt like a longtime friend. My parents are small business owners and it's that kind of interaction that keeps people coming back. Plus, you could tell he genuinely appreciates his customers.
