Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carrollton

Horrible customer service. We placed an order at this location and after 30 minutes of waiting, they call and tell us they don't deliver to our apartment number. This location is less than a mile from our house. They took our order to the other location to deliver and told us to pay again, our money will go back on our card. That is absolutely unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. But come on! You tell us you won't deliver almost an hour after the order is placed, take our money and then get an attitude because y'all messed up. The manager, I assume, wouldn't do anything at all. She told us they couldn't deliver to another location's area and there was nothing she could do. She refused to give me her name and told me her supervisor wasn't available.We've ordered from here dozens of times, but this is definitely the last. Whoever that "manager" is needs to get some customer service skills. There are plenty of other places to get pizza from...

Domino's is my saviour!! Whenever we don't feel like eating home cooked meals, and feel like staying in, Domino's is our go-to option! From curbside contactless pick-up to contactless delivery, they are maintaining proper social distancing!! We usually order buffalo chicken pizza cause it's our favorite! But this time we thought to order their NEW Cheeseburger pizza!! I must say it was different than my usual, because the base sauce was sweet, which was kinda unexpected! I honestly thought it would taste like the cheeseburger, but upon inquiring, they said it's a mixture of ketchup & mustard - frankly, I don't like ketchup in my pizza! But it was a good try.. maybe if they used the normal pizza sauce it would taste a little better ~ just a thought I am eager to try their chicken taco pizza soon as well!! I agree with ALL of the people that gave them 1 star. The pizza's I have been getting as of late have been burned, too cold or just plain nasty. There is never a happy medium with this place. Courtland or Cortland does not care about customer service at all and he is a manager. I called to let them know that my pizza was burned, and Courtland asked the guy who answered the phone who it was, to which the guy replied "your mom. We finally got another pizza, and marbled cookie and it was still burned. Time for me to continue up the chain of command because Courtland and the crew are NOT...
