Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Carrollton

The worker who was outside IMMEDIATELY was so friendly. I had to bring my little yorkie in the car due to renovations and he was so so sweet to her. He offered a pup cup, which she doesn’t digest well and he immediate offered a dog treat instead which I (and Scout) appreciated so much. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and it always made me sad I had deny her a pup cup once I realized the correlation of what happened when she had one. He also complimented her bow I had to tailor to her size when it was too big. And getting called a pretty girl, pets (from the outside worker as he wasn’t making drinks), human attention (which are her favorite things) made her so excited. He especially deserved recognition because I couldn’t work in this Texas Summer heat AND with a genuine friendly attitude and smile) The people at the window also asked about her name and said she was a cutie and gave us her dog treat with my coffee (since they couldn’t pet her making the drinks). I’ve always had a great experience but their genuine kindness (even in the scorching heat) and to my little dog made all the difference to me. Me and Scout are very very happy with the food AND service from every employee. As silly as it sounds, whenever my little yorkie gets treated kindly it is so special for me because she is frequently treated differently than other “big dogs” because she’s “small” as I have been told. As much as I love Dutch Brothers and a lot of the people that work there are very friendly very nice today's experience wasn't so nice I believe when a customer tells you and you have a reward there's some way they should be able to pull up the information with your phone number I submitted an order on the mobile app It told me the order was successfully submitted they asked me for a confirmation The phone that I had only works on the Wi-Fi I explained it to her I said is there a way you can pull up my phone number and tell that I did it oh no we just want to make sure we want to make sure sure of what and the young lady who took my order normally I've been told shots were free she said no they're not so today's experience does boy send me back a little bit but this is the first experience the the you know not that it's the worst but it could have been better and the young lady at the window was more friendlier than the other one who took the war order that was outside walking with a tablet so future references shots are not for free in my learning experience when you submit an order have your confirmation and be more prepared I give it service...

First time at Dutch Bros and I’ll return again. I can’t complain about the service, prices, or quality of drink overall, but the iced tea leaves something to be desired. Waited about 5 minutes with 4 cars in front of me at 4 PM.

Golden Eagle Iced Coffee taste similar to a Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks. Would order again.

The peach green tea taste like very watered down green tea with peach flavor, but the green tea was so watered down you couldn’t taste it much. The beverage was almost clear. Wouldn’t get this again but it wasn’t that bad.

The Lemon Poppyseed muffin top was very large and tasted good. Moist and slightly iced on top, and fluffy. Would get again.

The medium size here is akin to a Starbucks Venti, and priced less. I’ll try the energy drinks next time, even though the employees couldn’t tell me what the caffeine was coming from...
