A novel get-you-in-the-door idea!

Save yourself the hassle of waiting in the tiny overcrowded waiting area (or the hot sun) and download their reservation app and check in before or during your drive. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get seated.

The revolving sushi concept is great but the freshness of some of those dishes are questionable as some of the same piece of sushi go past you multiple times. Love the visual of the dish and the nameplates identifying the dish, but honestly, use the computerized pad above each seat or table to get the “freshest” dishes delivered to your spot/table by another conveyor belt system above the merry go round sushi train.

We ordered udon noodles, a rice dish, fried banana (Yum), and a multitude of sushi from the computerized pas. Loved that it zipped right to our spot piping hot (or cold).

If you choose to use the merry go round system, see something you like, lift the plastic lid (quickly) and yank dish out. Eat your sushi, drop the plate in a slot that keeps counts of the number of plates you pulled off conveyor. If you didn’t pull the plate off the conveyor, leave those dishes on your table. Most won’t fit the drop slot anyways. NEVER put anything on the conveyor. If you’re wondering, the waitstaff resets the drop slot for a new customer or table.

The self service ordering system can be changed to different languages: Japanese, or Mandarin. English is default language. Yes, there are pictures of each dish.

Waiter explained the concept, brought our drinks, and our check. That’s it!

If you like sushi, you’ll enjoy this at least once. If you want a more expansive offering of other non-sushi dishes, you may want to go elsewhere.

Recommended for the new to sushi eater as you get to see a variety of offerings instead of a vague description on a menu.

It was less expensive than I thought it would be. We left full...

The concept is intriguing and the place is unique. It is all self serve, a variety of sushi flows past you on a conveyer, there is sushi on plates and covered in the plastic dome so when it comes by you quickly pop the dome and remove your sushi. If you order from the screen your order shoots down from the top of the conveyer to you from the kitchen area and stops at your table. If you are looking for customer service, this is not your place. There is a slot at the table where you place your dirty plates and once placed in the slot you'll see the number on the screen go up, that's how you'll be charged, by the plate you grab and for any item you ordered from the kitchen. Items ordered from the kitchen are clearly priced on the screen which is located at your table. If you can not eat seafood or are allergic this is definitely not the place for you. There is no way to avoid cross contamination here and if you call staff by pushing the green call button on the screen they should tell you that. The young man that came to my table went to the kitchen to confirm what I had suspected in regards to seafood allergies. Our bill was $76.00 for 7 plates (each plate has 2 pieces) 1 shrimp tempura udon, fried gyoza, ice cream with a breaded fried bean paste pastry in the shape of a fish and green tea mochi. Only adults were in my party. 2 people in my party like going here, they are intrigued by the process of grabbing their food as it's whipping by them. 2 people were not impressed with the quality or taste of the sushi. 1 person said the ice cream with fish pastry was the only thing they liked. 1 person only had the gyoza, she said it was ok and the final person had a seafood allergy and could not eat anything. So 2 out of 6 people will be...

Been to a few revolving sushi places and this one is marginal at best. Selection is good but not enough rolls, just thinly sliced sushi so portions are pretty bad for cost per plate. Quality is also subpar and doesn’t taste fresh. Cool setup like most revolving sushi. Going one star though as the staff is quite rude, especially the hostess (I’ll leave the name and description off out of kindness). I had three people that were going to eat with a fourth that was going to join us later and just drink because she had already eaten. I put us down as 4 and they would not seat us until the entire party was there. I explained we just had three eating so the people eating were there and it was going to be a four top anyways. Simple misunderstanding and explanation that could be rectified but she STILL did not want to seat us because of POLICY and “getting in trouble with corporate and management.” I tried to explain again and asked to turn our reservation to three and she told me to calm down and then berated me for a bit before then just staring at me for 30 seconds straight. Sorry for trying to explain. A simple “hey, we just want to be sure people are here so tables aren’t taken for longer than they need to but now I understand so all good” would have been fine but the hostess obviously feels customers are annoying and need to better learn their policy. I won’t be back either way but wanted to let people know if you want a boring selection of under portioned and lower quality sushi that’s overpriced while feeling you are bothering the staff, go right ahead. For me, there are better options for revolving sushi...

I've been coming here for years. The variety of sushi available is great. There are so many options. Every person I've ever brought here was able to find something they liked. On top of sushi/nigiri, they also have hot bites as well, such as udon and takoyaki. Food is easy to acquire. If it's not available on the conveyor belt, then you can order it from the tablet. The cost per plate is $3.25, which is a bit of an increase from what it was just a few years ago. The total can sneak up on you, so just make sure to keep track. After 15 plates you get a prize. Every 5 plates, a little movie plays on the screen asking you to help defeat some monster but dropping plates into the slot. The little robot waiters are absolutely adorable. They're so much fun to watch. Sometimes, they even interact with one another. They've been such a cute addition to the experience. Our human waitress was pretty good at checking up on us. She made sure we had plenty of refills. I highly recommend their app. You can join the wait list from it. Today, our wait was about 30 minutes, but sometimes I've waited 2 hours before. This place gets pretty busy, but for good reason. The text feature also gives a good estimate on where you are in the queue so you can explore some of the other amazing shops in the area while waiting. This place provides a fun experience that I thoroughly enjoy every time I visit Dallas if I can. I highly recommend checking them out at least once.
