Overall, the food was great and had a "clean" taste where it seemed like they didn't put too much mysterious/unethical ingredients.
The service is where it gets me.
Front desk seemed to be the owner/boss of the restaurant and he was really pleasant, but the one handing out the food from the kitchen was wearing AirPods, not making eye contact, doesn't respond to simple statement.
I understand that this is a self-service place, but does he want to work here? It's a freakin restaurant for sakes.
The skinny, tall dude handing out the food for every single customer...what an image that he is putting out.
Also I couldn't find the chopsticks because it was my first time. He lazily waved his finger to indicate that they are on the side of the desk..Jeez
It's a business where you are going to have minimum interactions with customers and workers should be aware of their surroundings at all time because there are so many moving parts. Wearing an AirPods is actually pretty dangerous in a restaurant. This is not an office job...He seemed like he hated the job.
Maybe I just had too high of an expectation, but just didn't know that I would get a similar or worse treatment than a fast food restaurant.

We ordered the Donkatsu ($16) and Cold Noodle with LA Galbi combo ($26). The galbi was pretty good and came with a decent amount of pieces. The cold noodle is pretty good too, but I’m personally not a fan of it so it didn’t mean much to me. The pork cutlet was fried well, but it wasn’t very tasty. The curry that came with it also tasted a bit funky and was not very enjoyable. Looking back, the food was a bit pricey for the taste, but the portion sizes were not bad. You order food at the front and pick it up in the back, so they have a no tipping policy, which saves you some money. The place feels like a food court, so it’s a nice casual vibe for a casual meal. Overall, I would recommend for those who want some quick casual Korean food and the other restaurants in Carrollton...

For first-timers, you'll order up front first, grab a buzzer, and then sit wherever you want. I suggest one of the 2 or 4 sweaters with the nice modern looking tables. For silverware on those tables, there will be a drawer on the side you can pull out and get napkins, chopsticks, and spoons (it's so cool). You'll be able to get water and broth at the area you can collect your food (where the big metal sun clock is). Once your buzzer starts screaming for all on the block to notice, your food is ready to be collected, but be careful as it...
