This review is for the Carrollton, GA location. I have contacted the company multiple times with no one ever responding to me. This location has gotten my simple order wrong 3 times in a row now and I order through the app so all they have to do is be able to read. It is the same person that messes it up every time. Every time I have given a review through the app on the matter and still nothing has been done about it. When you contact this company through the website, they say they will respond in 48 hours but after making at least 6 complaints through the website now, I have yet to have anyone respond to me. There is never anyone in the store when I go in and there’s always at least 4 people standing around doing nothing and yet they still can’t find the time to actually read my order off the screen correctly. I never had any problems until recently when there was a change in management. If this is how it’s going to be from here on out, they might as well just shut it down because at this point, it’s not even worth dealing with anymore. I loved our Jersey Mike’s for so many years but it is absolutely horrible now. Guess it’s time to put my loyalty towards...
Read moreThis was a really clean & well maintained store. It seems to mostly be kept busy with to go orders. Half the staff was happy to see customers, waiting on us quickly with a smile & half the staff was obviously struggling with being present. The food was exactly what you would expect from Jersey Mike’s although I’ve noticed that menus differ regionally & not everything is available that you may be accustomed to at your “hometown” Jersey Mike’s location. For instance the #8 California Club minus bacon is my favorite sandwich offered & several locations throughout the southeast later, it disappointingly seems to only be available along the pacific coast. I grow hass avocados in my yard local to this store, so I don’t understand why that resource would not be available throughout the...
Read moreWe attempted to order a large sandwich, at Jersey Mike's in Carrollton. We wanted it cut in half so that I would not have tomatoes on my half since I am allergic to them. The employee said he would make the sandwich whole, put tomato on half, then cut it. We asked him to cut it first because we didn't want to risk tomato getting on my half. He told us not to tell him how to do his job because he was very good at it. I said no please cut it first. He then threw the sandwich away and asked us to leave. While we were leaving, my husband overheard him say no white woman was going to tell him how...
