Thankfully, when we got there it was a nice place, and we ordered our food like how you normally do at a restaurant! Unfortunately we left after 1 hour and 30 mins waiting to receive our food. We couldn't understand why others had gotten their food before us, and they had come in later than us. Some of them had even ordered bigger plates than us and got it first, I simply couldn't understand why it took so long as a matter a fact we were also moved from our table which was okay for awhile but the fact that they could ask us to move from our table and apologize for it, but not simply apologize for the reason our food was out yet, nor did they give us an estimate of time of how long our food would take to come out since we had been waiting for so long. Honestly, if they had just had more communication with and explained their reasons for why we got moved and why our food took ridiculously long. In conclusion our experience wasn't very delightful after waiting for our food. I'm very disappointed because I thought this new place would've been more helpful. If giving it zero stars was an option, I would have done so, but disappointingly, it's not, so I just hope your learn from your mess ups and sorry but not sorry we will not be coming here again.

Read moreUPDATE: She reached out and apologized for not reaching out sooner. It seems a glitch happened with their bank but assured me I was not double charged. She was not combative in the slightest, and I appreciate that greatly. All I wanted was answers and she gave me that. She also apologized for the food being cold and is willing to make things right! I will give them another shot soon, especially because they have so much potential. The food was okay, the chicken and fries weren't as hot anymore because they told us it would be a 40 minute wait but never called us so we had to guess when it was ready. My main issue with this place is the fact that I went on March 31, got charged, but it was "pending" (even though the money had already left my account) until May 29. So they took money out of my account. I called and asked to speak with a manager about this and was told that she was not available at the time. That was fine, they took my information and she was supposed to call me. It is now June 1st and I have yet received a call. First of all if you’re going to have a sign that says “please wait to be seated” you should at least acknowledge the people who are waiting at the door?!? I understand being busy but you can tell them it will be a wait or to seat themselves because I know you can see us standing awkwardly for 10 minutes at the front…. The food itself was another story, the flavors and quality of food that came out was pretty bad. We got chicken and fries and somehow with it being “busy” our food came out just warm???? It was like it was pre-fried or been sitting until someone could bring it out. There seemed to only be 2 servers for a Saturday night, the girl who took our order after a fat minute after pressing the bell button disappeared and the male server ended up helping our table. I felt bad for him since he seemed to be the only one working after that.
