Placed my order online at 8:35 AM, set pickup time for 9:10 AM. I purposefully got to the store at 9:15 AM to ensure I could get my food quickly, with no issues. Get in the Restaurant and let the waitress know I was there for my online order. She comes back telling me there was an issue with there system but it should only take a few moments while the cook prepares the order. I advised that I had just noticed an email sent about 9:00 AM saying there was an issue with the system, and showed her the email, in which she grabbed my phone, to scroll through the email. (Really? We don't know how COVID is transmitted and you grab my Phone?!?!?!) So I decided to wait for my food since this is what I decided on, then she comes back and says, since we had system issues, the payment you originally made will be refunded, and she needed to collect payment again. I explained that since the system issues were not my fault or my problem, it would be appropriate to discount my food from the amount originally paid, which I showed her the amount. So she said she understood, and went to the back, I'm guessing to speak with the manager. She comes back with the food, ringing up the transaction. She then tells me the same amount I originally paid. I questioned it, showing her the amount paid originally, and she said she was giving me a 20% discount. At that point, I didn't even want to waste my time addressing anything else. That is just terrible service. Understanding the value of good customer service, I would have likely said, this one is on the house for your time and troubles, but I guess they are not trained to handle situations where they have not provided the best service. I mean the cost of the food was $7.61. Was $7.61 really worth a bad review???? If she would have even reduced the cost of the meal by $2, I wouldn't have even posted this review, even though the meal should have been free. By the way the server ID is 400102. Maybe you want to start with asking name and server ID before you get your meal... LOL... you may get...
Read moreWe've been to Ihop at least the last three times and had extremely slow service getting us our meal. The food has generally been good tasting the weight service with the waitresses and waiters has been fine, but there is always an extremely long wait to be able to get the food.
There is hardly anyone in the restaurant so it's not like there were really a problem with we've been to IHOP at least the last three times and had extremely slow service getting us our meal.

There is hardly anyone in the restaurant so it's not like there were really a problem with to many customers. We asked, and we were told that there is only one cook instead of at least two. Seems it is not uncommon that on weekends the cook staff take turns not showing up for work and apparently there are no consequences such as losing your job so the wait time to have your food prepared is at least twice as long as what you would normally have. Not a very good way to run a restaurant.
I think it is time to stop going to IHOP The Weeknd for evening meals.
UPDATE:. Oct 25, 2021
Tried this IHOP one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they absolutely failed miserably. Some of the worst service and worst food I could imagine at an ihop. Even got to the point I spoke with the manager today and he was absolutely useless. Then to top all that off they ran out of the ingredients to make crepes. How can a restaurant run out of ingredients to make the food they specialize in by mid-morning? So pathetic. Thinking I may even call the corporate offices. Downgrading my two-star to a one-star. Don't waste your time at...
Read moreIt has been a year or two before we came back to this place and at the very entrance, was a dead German cockroach. I really wanted pancakes with my family so we decided to come here anyhow. We waited for about 5 minutes before we were greeted by the host or even recognized by an employee. The entrance and host area was very dirty and had a lot of dust, grime, and miscellaneous things just laying around. Our server was very friendly to us, though we were never checked on nor did we ever get a refill. We each ordered the 2x2x2 meals that were on sale for $5. The meal comes with two pancakes, two eggs, and two meat items of your choice. We ordered an extra order of hash browns, though we hadn't received them and had to remind them later to get them. Our table was dirty and there was a lot of trash beneath the table as well. One of the plates we received our food, had this caked on batter looking stuff on the plate itself that we could scrape off with our nails. There was a lot of trash in the aisles as one of the images shows. The bathrooms again unfortunately we're very horrendous and certain spots in the restaurant, had a strong sitting water, mildew smell- I assume due to a water leak somewhere behind the Walls. It was nice to see this place again after so long, however, if I'm going to a breakfast spot, it's best to look elsewhere. I feel even the employees have lost hope and the hygiene and cleanliness of this restaurant. As far as the food, the food was very well! Pancakes were tender and sweet, the eggs the hash browns, the...
