Sharetea — Restaurant in Carrollton

This is my second time coming here. The tea was so good last time I came, I've been craving it constantly. I was finally able to satisfy my carvings today. Once again it was pretty busy, luckily this time we were actually able to score a table and play some games.

I ordered the classic pearl green milk tea, since I love it so much last time. Sadly this time it wasn't as good. It tasted a bit watered down, but I think that is probably because I took a while to actually drink it since I was too busy dominating at guess who. My sister ordered the QQ happy family tea. The tea was a classic flavored milk tea and it had 6 different toppings. I did really like the tea, but I did not enjoy all the toppings. It had red beans in it, and I'm not really fond of the flavor or the texture.

The staff here is very friendly. This was my sisters first time here and the cashier was really helpful in answering her questions. He did also offer give her a new drink if she didn't like the QQ happy family tea, since he says it can be too much for some people. He also made sure to stamp our card before we left, which is awesome because I totally forgot about that.

Besides the awesome tea and great staff, I really love the atmosphere of this place. It's a great place to hangout with family and/or friends and I love that they're open late. If you haven't checked this place you are really...

Today, I ordered 5 drinks. Three drinks were same orders, only sweetness is different. But the level of drinks were different. One with 7/8 cup, one with less, one with little more. The volume of drinks were random. But not full. Also the sweetness two drinks were 80%. The sweetness was same with the other one which was 50%. I am visiting this place at least once in a week. But these days quality of drink is not stable. They used to make full cup of drink, but these days it is kind a random. Sometimes, I received 3/4 cup of drink. Also sweetness is unstable. Less ice option works same as the sweetness. Even though they raise the price, the quality of drink was getting bad. I like Sharetea, because of good quality of drink comparing to price. But the price has risen, the quality goes down. There is no reason for me to go to Sharetea anymore. As a past fan of Sharetea, I hope they put more effort in quality control and employee training. I am always afraid to make my favorite order since sometimes the drink is good, sometimes the drink is bad. I understand the price change due to inflation, but I will not accept lower...

I’m so touched by the attitude of the black server man. It’s my first time to go there and have no idea about the level of sweetness. So for the wintermelon milk I ordered half sugar and no ice. But after trying, I found it was still a little sweet for me and there was a little ice there. I asked him if he could remake it, then he agreed without any hesitation and apologized to me at least three times with deep sincerity which even made me feel sorry for him because it’s not a big mistake! Anyway, I must give 5 stars for him. And for the drink, I bought kiwi tea and winter melon fresh milk with additional mini boba. Kiwi tea is really good, especially for the balance of sour and sweet taste, the chewy texture of aiyu yelly. Winter melon fresh milk is not bad, but I think it will be better with normal boba instead of the mini boba which is my personal try this time.
