Been meaning to try this place out and got the chance to during my trip! The sweetest owner and tasty food, everything is VERY reasonably priced and there were a variety of kimbap boxes to choose from.
We got the bulgogi kimbap, yubuchobap, fishcake soup, and rosé tteokbokki. The kimbap was refreshing and the yubuchobap was great too! There are two tteokbokki flavors, spicy and rosé. We opted for a small cup of the rosé flavor and it had the perfect level of spice, plus the owner packed it past the brim!! Dipping the kimbap in the sauce was great too, and washing it all down with steamy fishcake broth was heavenly. They provide complimentary hot/cold water too. My partner and I were satisfied with the food and it filled us up pretty well.
Total was about $25, very reasonable and quality of food is awesome. Great little spot, definitely becoming a staple visit every time I go to Carrollton! I would love to try everything on the menu. 😋💖 Ignore complains about how it should be dirt cheap since it's considered "street food," it's much cheaper than a lot of places and people forget that they have...

The food here is absolutely amazing! There’s a lot more on the menu than before! Here's what I got with some friends:
Kimbap: I got the spicy squid, the spicy anchovy, tuna, and spicy pork! All of them were so good but my favorite was spicy pork and I recommend fire anchovy for those that love spicy food but it's extremely spicy
Spicy rice cakes: both the rose and original were rlly good! I personally liked the original better
Fish cake skewers: it was rlly chewy and the soup was healing to my soul :)
Yubuchobap: (aka Korean style poke) I loved this!! Super fresh and the sauce was so good too!
I recommend getting the rice slushy on the side! It's the perfect amount of sweet and it's refreshing especially in the Texas heat!
I also loved the staff here! They're all so sweet! Ask them about the menu if you want and they'll be more than...
Read moreguys this spot is legit - i absolutely love korean street food and houston just dont have it but dallas does! this was my first stop as soon as i came to dallas and it started my weekend trip just right lol. i got their kimchi kimbap and bulgogi kimbap - then fishcake/soup and the spicy rice cakes. the kimbaps were kinda dry, i think it was because they were sitting on the counter but they still went well with the fishcake/soup. the service was great - the guy was friendly. and the space is clean too. i did see most people just to-go but i ate in the dining room. if i were to live in dallas this spot would be my go-to when im craving korean...
