Food is prepared ahead of time and put out for pickup. While this isn't your best option for South Indian Kerala food, it may get over a craving because everything smells great but doesn't deliver on taste and consistent quality. The proprietor is a nutjob and she can't handle the pressure of too many direct questions. She is multitasking and socializing, but providing bad service at the same time. When this same person served snacks, she dropped the tongs on the floor and did not replace them with a clean washed pair. She stopped, looked around at the customers and then wiped it off with a napkin. This is full view by the front register. If you are trying to discuss the order with her and making sure it's all correct, she will argue with you about that. What entertainment! Maybe if the store was a stage in a malayalee sitcom, I would not care, but I can't afford to take home an incorrect order. Woe unto you if you disagree with this person, as you will get...

Their food is kind of a hit or miss. Sometimes their food is really nice and sometimes its bad to such an extent that we end up with bad stomach for days. Ordered food from this place yesterday and it was pathetic and this is the 3rd time in last 6 months or so and hence writing this review. Another thing which i totally hate about this place is the customer interaction part especially from the lady who manages the front counter and takes to go orders via phone. The word courteous isnt there in her dictionary and is really rude. But still used to buy food from this place due to lack of other Kerala restaurants around. But enough is enough. Will never return...
