The management is unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I went there with my wife and kids and ordered Pad See Ew -spicy level zero. The order came in so spicy so I told the server I ordered it non spicy and they went to change it for me. When the plate came back they had removed all the flat noodles and replaced them with vegetables and eggs. I told the server there is no noodles and she said she already replaced it once and can’t help me anymore and I needed to talk to a manager. When the manager came to our table he came in with his mind already made up and said very rudely that’s how the plate should look like I can’t do anything for you. I told him I was a regular customer who comes in twice or three times a week with my coworkers, friends and family. His reply was oh so it was you who complained about their plate last week too. I told him you can’t accuse me of that and I’ve never complained about my food before. He kept on repeating it was you it was you and then said you know what get out of my restaurant I never want to see you here again. I paid for the food and left without eating it.

I should’ve also complained about the curry puffs I ordered as an appetizer. They came in with the middle part still frozen.

Absolute chef’s kiss!! Service was impeccable!!! Food was delicious!!! Huuuuge serving sizes, and they even provide complimentary rice porridge as your starter! This was a first for me, and I thought it was a great hit! Very flavorful too. The staff also provided lots of to-go amenities when I packed my leftovers! Sometimes you have to pry restaurants for those items as simple as a plastic bag to put the to-go boxes in. Without hesitation, the waitresses noticed I will need bags as I was packing my leftovers and also gave to-go utensils because she overheard me saying I’ll eat my leftovers while waiting at the airport for my flight. If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is! The staff here are approachable, easy-going, offer great food recommendations and tips (helped us not over order because we were eye hungry), and attentive by using context clues! I love that! This entire eating experience was one of the best I ever had. Great company, food, service, and atmosphere! Will definitely return and bring more...

So I left one star off only because once I got home , .y order was not correct. 1st I went in and looked at menu and ordered the fresh shrimp rolls, the pepper steak, and the Basil chicken for a total of $40 and change. It took about 10 minutes when I received my food. Ot was quick and hot. I get home to open containers and I do not have any pepper steak but chicken. I immediately called and the young apologized and stated she will talk with manager. She returned to tell me again that she was sorry and I can come back and get it or get a "free meal". I chose the free meal as I didn't want to drive back up there. She took down my name and number. Now let's get down to the food. It was delicious 😋, even the messed up order! I asked for spicy level 5 and it didn't disappoint at all. Fresh and good. The other dish was level 1 and the wifey loved it. The fresh shrimp rolls was also yummy.
