Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Carson City

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza. However my experience at this store was not good. We turned around when we saw it because my husband has never had Papa Murphy’s before. We checked the closing time, it was 8pm, so we walked in to order. The girl behind the counter said that they stop making pizzas at 7:30. When I pointed out that it was 7:32 and told her that we were so excited to have their food, and why, she said “sorry, it’s the owner’s new rule so we can leave on time and he doesn’t have to pay us overtime.” We were there 28 minutes before closing, and only 2 minutes after this arbitrary rule, yet they would not make us a pizza. This gives the company a bad name, because Papa Murphy’s is normally wonderful. So...

This issue an rating is not about the taste of the pizza or Grub Hub. I mistaking hit the pay button on my Grub Hud papa Murphys order, right away I called the restaurant an asked if they could hold making the order for a hour. The person asked me to hold while he found my order slip, about 5 min.s later he replies to me that he forgot about me. Well I thought we had a understanding but they made the pizza an grub hub picked up the order anyway. So now I have a pizza sitting at my front door its now 2:20pm an I won't be home until 4pm. Not good for a first order. I've missed papa John's since they left town an a friend said to try papa Murphys, hopefully I'll enjoy the pizza an maybe order from them...

Papa Murphys is a cool pizza place. About a week ago I had ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, cookie dough and one of the mini morph pizzas for my daughter. I never have had a bad experience but I did learn that papa murphys takes the term "extra" seriously. I assumed like other pizza places I would barely get any mushrooms, so I ordered a Pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza and let me tell you, my pizza had so many mushrooms, it was shocking hahah. I have been a customer of this location for years and everyone that works there knows that when I pick up my order, I also buy a side of their topping cheese (the yellow and white cheese) so they always have it ready for me! Good and fast...
