I've been going here for a while and each time gets worse. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt because I used to work in the customer service industry as well. However, this time put me over the edge, The staff there is fairly friendly and I get where they are coming from, I always make my drinks easy and quick for them. Especially during peak hours I don't want to be a burden. This doesn't stop one certain worker though, his name is Eddie. I have no idea how he got hired Anytime I have been there he is always making me feel like a nuisance. He is always rude to me and makes me feel embarrassed to come through the line. I always see him ridiculing his other workers as well, and from what I've seen and heard, it is a toxic work environment when he is there. I would hate for people to feel uncomfortable because of him. Eddie has also mistreated my drinks/food many times for starters Eddie has: He has thrown my sandwich into my lap and claimed "it slipped" then awkwardly shut the window on me tried intimidating his coworkers which I saw in the lobby (REALLY embarrassing) Messed up my COLD BREW 3 times in the span of 15 minutes in a fairly empty lobby Anytime I walk in for mobile pickup and he is there I am greeted with a death stare.
I would hate to see this shop go downhill because of one person. I know I'm speaking for more than myself here as I know plenty of other people who have problems with him. I will continue to come back as I know its not the stores fault, but if I was the store manager I would...
Read moreI recently visited this locations Starbucks and decided to treat myself to a Java Chip Frappuccino, only to have my experience turn into a nightmare. To my utter disappointment, I ended up feeling extremely sick and nauseous after drinking it. It was clear that the condiments and milk served were expired — absolutely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quality. I can’t believe that a well-known establishment like Starbucks would allow such hazardous products to be served to customers. This not only ruined my day but raises serious concerns about their food safety practices. Starbucks needs to do a better job of switching out their products more regularly to prevent customers like me from getting sick. It’s just common sense! On top of that, the cashier was incredibly disrespectful and impatient, which made the entire experience even worse. It felt like I was bothering her by simply placing my order. The environment inside the store was loud and chaotic, making it impossible to enjoy my drink — or what was supposed to be a treat. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. I expected much more from Starbucks, and I honestly don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. They really need to step up their game to ensure the health and satisfaction of...
Read moreHorrible experience with manager Michaela (at least that what she said her name was) ordered 3 drinks spent over $27. We where the last car of the night got our drinks drove out into the parking lot noticed my drink was made wrong looped back into the drive thru literally less than 30 seconds they closed drove to the window her plus 2 employees waved at us yelled out nope we are closed! I continued to wave them down still kept getting ignored finally she opened the window I told her the situation she said too bad nothing she could do they are closed she could no longer help us. I told her I paid over $8 for my drink 30 seconds ago and they can’t remake it? She said they had already taken down their espresso machine I said in less than a minute? She said Yep continued to roll her eyes and speak to me in a condescending tone and employees in the back are laughing as they hear her speak to me. I asked for a refund if she don’t remake the drink she said she machine wouldn’t let her refund me. This is the wrong drink. I just came through the drive-through 30 seconds ago she offered a cold brew, which is completely different than the drink that I paid for and half the price. I’m completely disappointed she made me feel awful. Then we get home all 3 drinks where made wrong and...
