First the man in the drive through didn’t even ask the appropriate questions. I ordered a medium #2 on white, just for him to ask me what bread I wanted. even though I had already said. Didn’t ask about mayo, mustard, veggies or shakers. My sandwich came out wrong. My husbands had things on it he specifically asked not to be on it. We sat in the drive through waiting for someone to come back to the window which both the man and the older woman who were in there purposely avoided. I had to drive around the front to get any help. Which again both them avoided. The woman eventually told me she would be right with me, I waited another 5 minutes for her to come over. The only person who was actually busy was a young girl who wasn’t even part of the situation working alone. Came home and both sandwiches were terrible! This used to be the store I would go to. You definitely won’t have me as a customer any longer! Waste of money and time. Plus now I still have to get something to eat since I wouldn’t even feed my dogs...
Read moreMy husband went through the drive-thru to order me a sandwich. We Always go to this particular oneBecause the customer service Has always been decent.Well yesterday was a different experience because when he got home with my sandwich, it was wrong I asked that there be no mayonnaise or mustard and there was both put on it.At this point I calledThe store and spoke with a gentleman named Michael and asked him if he could please fix the mistake that was made. He told me that he couldn't fix it unless I had the sandwich. Now I do know about anyone else but I do not carry around rotten food with me in my car. When I called him he was rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me and wouldn't help me. I will never be back!!! II also did forget to mention the most important part he found the Ticket of my order but the person accidentally wrote with mayonnaise instead of without so he told me that basically I'm a liar and he will not help me because his...
Read moreThe one on hw 50 is not as good as the one on Carson street. I’m rating hw 50 one here. We went through the drive through they were nice but didn’t ask the main questions for the sand which I got (toasted?, cheese?) then yelled from across the room to ask it when they were making it. Chicks had long hair were nice but not very customer oriented more into chatting with each other. Both had longer hair WHY does no one wear hair nets in food industry or keep hair back?! Disgusting!! I got a hair in my sandwich which made me start gagging when I was home eating it. Not even a quarter through not sure I can muster up and finish eating it. (Puke) that’s the worst thing in the world to me, getting a hair in your food. :/ uggghhhhhhh Usually it’s okay short and the people aren’t as nice as the other one but always delicious. This time unfortunately I did get a hair. I know it happens I just hate when it...
