Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Carson City

I was in this location 1 time over a year ago & the entrance was where I drove today. (I live in Reno) They changed it to enter the other side of the building to enter. I was already kinda stuck & a parked truck behind me, so I waited til the 2 vehicles that were having orders were taken in the alley & I noticed the sign & read it as order takers walked by me & just looked at me with dirty looks instead of coming to my window explaining. These ladies came out again after I maneuvered the spot & was straight. This hispanic girl who had not showered or washed her hair in over a week WAS SOOOOOO RUDE! So rude, I didn't bother to order for my son & could barely order for myself, I was so in "wow mode." 😒 The other girl constantly gave me rude looks as she walked by & and I came to the window. The other girl was too busy flirting with the car behind me. I have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect and nastiness! The window girl was so sweet, or I would have given an ear ful about how uncomfortable these 2 young girls made me feel. When all I wanted was a pick me up after a long day of bday fun with 2 yr olds & driving to Carson to donate to a needy family. Being from Oregon, I have NEVER experienced a ruder dutch bro employee/employees! This is NOT the standard! Just because I am not a local here means you have to be rude when I don't know the correct direction. Instead of staring at me & walking by. Ditched Starbucks along time ago and have been staying loyal to you Dutch Bros! Times change fast so I guess this is how you're gonna treat me new years eve 2022/2023! Getting ready to head out on the road stopped in your drive thru, back door wide open and full staff as I circle around to your window, you lied to me! young gal opens the window and says they are closing due to snow...🤔 so your hours says your open Saturday until 4:30, I'll admit it was 5:00 pm as I looked at the clock having not thought about it, but why Lie about alittle bit of snow, just admit it you don't want to work you just want off work so you can go party! I would have given you an extra 10 dollars if one of the many people with nothing to do in the back ground could have just rustled me up a quick last minute cup of coffee as you tell me to have a good one and shut the window! Haven't even mentioned always being put on the spot for a tip as the new norm when your ordering a coffee!
