Service was HORRIBLE, food was just Ok and BILL was PADDED!!! All the 1 star reviews were right on the money. We arrived (party of 4) on Saturday 1/16/16 about 6p. The hotess acted like we were bothering her. Never greeted us, we were asked in a monotone voice...name,how many and phone # so we can text you when your table is ready. Ok so I decided to go to the restroom it was not horrible but had NO toilet seat covers! I return, after about 10 min we are lead to a booth with a tore up seat..my husband wanted to see the game so we accepted. Took 30 min for Richard our waiter to come over got water and ordered our drinks. Finally came back and took our order never checked on us. After 45 min dinner is served...missing items and my order was WRONG. The girl who brought the food informed Richard who we had not seen since we placed our order. I reiterated the issues he says is going to correct...he never comes back to advise. The other missing items are delivered but STILL waiting for hot sauce and A1...I am STILL waiting we are into the 2 hour mark..finally MY dinner no ribs and the "grilled" chix looked grayish like it was boiled the tortilla strips underneath were SOGGYand sides were COLD...tried to flag down about 5 different workers FINALLY I just stuck my hand out to block the next worker so they could not get by. I ask for a mgr, Dante tells me he is a mgr I explain to him regarding the service and our MIA waiter Richard. Dante apologizes and insists on making my food himself(he did and it was hot and edible) . Richard appears (WOW) to remove some plates and asks "how is everything" (really). Then General mgr Tiana appears and says everything is great now right... WRONG!! I reiterated again..she apologizes. ..this is now into the 3RD HOUR I am ready to GO. So I am paying at the kiosk at the table and discover the BILL HAD BEEN PADDED by about $30.00 my table had already discussed NO SERVICE..NO TIP (they must of heard us). Sent for Mgr Tiana she says she needs to print it out and she'll be right back..15 min noTiana...Dante appears looking like a deer in headlights with the printout in his hand...he saysTiana is busy and she told him take care of it. I told him go get Tiana. Tiana appears gives some story about a rude customer in the bar area (we were right next to the bar and we didnt see or hear any disturbance.)anyway LONG STORY SHORT... After 3 hours got the padded items removed and she gave us $15 off the bill. Got her info and spoke to Carolyn the district mgr today. She also apologized and she would be looking into the matter and sending me a voucher for all our Inconvenience so I can try another Chili's. I understand that with covid going on, things have changed, however there is no excuse for what has occurred on more than one occasion at this location. What happened at my last visit last week happened the previous 2 times. I placed my order at around 940pm, and arrived and checked in with the restaurant at around 1010. After waiting in my car for about 10 minutes, someone finally came to my car and got my information. I find this funny since I had already checked in via the text service, but ok. about 15 minutes go by, its now around 1035pm, and another person walks up to my car and again asks what I am here for. She had food in her hand so I assumed she was bringing my food out. She wasn't. She returned to my car after bringing the food to the proper vehicle, and asked who I was and what i ordered. I waited another 5 minutes and asked for a manager. At this time every car that had been there when I arrived had left, with other vehicles coming after me and leaving with their order. I informed the manager of what was going on, and after a few minutes she informed me my ticket had been lost. Wait, what? I informed your location when i came here, and talked to two people after that, so my ticket was lost when? She apologized and stated she would have it made right away, and would refund my order. I thanked her for that and let her know that I am not concerned with the refund, but that this same thing has happened the past two times I have come here. She began talking about how she went to olive garden the week prior and that they had no customers and she had the same issue, and it is because of covid. I find that funny because I've gone to olive garden numerous times since covid hit and we have never had to wait more than 10/15 minutes after placing the order and driving there. She brushed off what I said and moved on. So finally I get my order and head home. I was in a rush so I did not check anything as I was starving. Boy do I wish I had. I had ordered the smokehouse with half ribs and half chicken crispers. No chicken crispers. Seriously? Ok. I am now, as well as with my wife, done with this particular location. I called back to inform her of what happened, and she offered free lunch the next day for me and my wife. She is missing the point of the issue that continues to happen. To start things off our waitress seems as if she was irritated and was a little rude.we ordered our drinks my girlfriend noticed her glass was dirty and when i received my drink wich was a Bloody Mary i asked if i could have the olives and Celery that was supposed to be in the drink along with the pickles. She left our table went to the kitchen area for about 10-15 min. Came out went to the Bar said something to the person there she came back to our table with some old frozen celery and three pickles that went on a burger .she told me they were out of olives and they don't usually serve celery with bloody marys..so i told her but yes it clearly says here in the drink description.So after that we order our food and and waited awhile to get our meals. She bought one thing at a time we had to keep asking for the rest of our meal half way through eating my girlfriend See's a hair fried in her chicken strip..this was an Horrible experience..from the Bad Customer service, dirty glass, frozen And old celery, Not to mention the dirt or mold that was on my ice that i had to ask for three times. I asked to speak to the Manager or person in charge.
