Jamba — Restaurant in Carson

Horrible experience this AM at this location. My son and I walked in and the two workers(Hispanic/Latin male & Asian/Polynesian female) never greeted us. I’m a very friendly person who works in social services so I said to the both of them “good morning “ the male just stared at us(maybe my skin was too dark) and the female was very hesitant but spoke. I repeated good morning, thinking the young man didn’t hear me initially with the mask on but it was obvious he didn’t want to speak and walks to the back part of the place.

Before he walked away, I just asked him if it was that difficult to say good morning to customers especially with the way the world is today. He just looked and walked away.

The young lady took our order and never offered a “THANK YOU”.

The young man did come back and prepare our drinks and once done just propped them on the counter and again no “THANK YOU”!!

I don’t normally rate places that I frequent but I was appalled and saddened that individuals working in a customer service type of atmosphere would treat CUSTOMERS bad.

When I walked into the Jamba Juice shop, it was clean and well-organized, and maintained nicely. Especially, I love all kinds of fruits which were mixed and blended. There was a man who helped me choose the menu. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I ordered plant- based a plant-based smoothie with strawberry, watermelon &pineapple. It was a delicious, refreshing& flavorful fruit smoothie. It was just a wonderful drink!!! Also, they offered breakfast bites, bowls& grab-and-go n'' go. They serve delicious sandwiches for lunch. I would like to recommend Jamba Juice...

It was not a good experience because when I take my 3 boys to other Jamba juices I always ask if they can pour my left overs in a smaller cup for my 2yr old and he loves it and the experience. It's not a full drink and just enough for him. NOT this time I was told that it is their policy not to give away the extra. Wait are they talking about the drink that I paid for and the rest that they just throw away anyway. This location SUCKS and by the way it's not in the policy. Not a good location...
