I thought I would try food from Philipines and their lechon, roasted pork sold by the pound. I ordered 1/4 pound to try and a plate of rice vegetables and a different pork on dark brown sauce. The establishments attitude is not about the food experience they are giving but about the money they can get out of you. The combination plate with pork on a dark sauce was very salty and the roasted lechon the guy picked a chunk and put it on the scale and took it in the back.
