After hitting the drive-thru I was sitting in their parking lot steps from the door eating in my car almost enjoying my chicken fingers that were soggy on one side for unknown reasons. Finished up and plugged in my power box that’s hardly bigger than a shoe box in an outlet right there by the outside seating. Minutes later an employee finds it and starts knocking on the store window yelling to other employees “Hey what’s this??” I hear the commotion and say it’s mine. As he’s handling it to me I checked the charge, it was almost full, so I said no problem I’ll take it thanks. Some lady named Veronica comes crashing out the door saying excuse me you can’t plug things in here. I said I’m a customer. She says it’s doesn’t matter you can’t do it. I said that’s ridiculous. She said it’s company policy. I’ve driven all over the country for over a year and plugged it in at numerous variety of places with never an issue. But Raising Cane’s is the only business in the country where paying customers can’t plug something into an outlet sitting there on the wall next to the seating area. I wonder if it was my phone would she have acted like I plugged in some kind of bomb or booby-trap, or personally offended her like it was her front porch or something. I think she made it all up, but even if it’s actually company policy she could’ve said it a hundred times nicer. I know there’s a homeless issue out here that had everybody on edge, but I was dressed nice and in a nice vehicle. I can’t imagine how many incidents like this happen every shift where she just blows up on an employee with her staggering ignorance instead of accurately assessing the situation. The coleslaw tasted off as well. And don’t let em talk you into getting an extra sauce, you only need one and don’t want to eat too much of that concoction. I swapped coleslaw for toast, maybe that’s why my tenders were soggy- usually the toast would’ve soaked up that moisture lol. Best to just get tenders, fries, drink and skip the rest. Two employees, the lady at the window and the guy who found my power box were very nice. Too bad they have to suffer the wrath of Veronica all night. I’ll give her credit though she had the stones to give her name when I asked, so maybe she is trainable and not a net permanently a net deficit. Gross attitude though, all that power gone to her head haha. If it actually is company policy, I’ll...
Read moreMy husband and I came there to order 3 combo meals for my family before closing. I requested xtra crispy for all chicken fingers and fries, 3 side toast butter, and toasted on both sides. Get home. Our meals were not as requested. Actually, it was the opposite. The chicken fingers were soggy and undercooked, and the fries were wet and soggy. My daughter had to put her food in the Air Fryer. I was throughly disappointed and dissatisfied. I called to speak with the manager to address my concern. Since I couldn't bring the order back because they were closing, she apologized and offered to replace the order. She insisted that I keep the receipt and I can come anytime to redeem my replacement order. Today, 9/23, I tried to redeem my order, and the manager only wanted to redeem only partial of my order. So, he refused to resolve the matter and recommended I speak with corporate. Now, I have been there on a couple of occasions, and all the tables were dirty, and my husband and I had to clean the tables ourselves. My issue is that the importance of customer service is providing quality food the way the customer requested. It's just chicken fingers. If I complain about my food, that means it didn't meet my expectations to my satisfaction. If it was free, then you take what you can get. But, this wasn't the case. Please excuse the tone of frustration, but I am frustrated with the inconvenience this cause me. Also, this cause the business to lose money and customers. I'll drive further for better service. I will address this further with corporate. I feel like they are too busy playing around. They don't pay attention or care how the customer wants...
Read moreThe cashier was great. She was very nice. The guy who was heavy set with glasses and a mustache. That worked the window at 8:36 3/13/24 was very disrespectful and rude. He asked what was the name for the order I said Jazmine and he said Johnathon ? And slammed the window closed. I looked around and I’m like okay. He opens it and says what was your order I said Jazmine and he didn’t let me finish and shoved the food into my face and then my drinks and slammed the window. I had asked for hot sauce and ketchup with the cashier and I didn’t receive any and I had to wait at the window so he can finally recognize that I was still there and slammed open the window. I asked for the sauces and he threw them at me I had to catch it with my chest cuz he was being rude. And as I was getting it my partner said why is he rolling his eyes at you. I have never received this bad of service anywhere but here. I’ve been here multiple times at this location due to it being closest to my house and it never fails to disappoint me. Which now I might have to go to the Torrance one or Long Beach on a good day to avoid this one. This location lacks customer service and engagement. Only a few of the workers are very nice. But not worth coming back here. I am a Manager at a large company and we always have guest engagements and great experiences. Never will I let one of my employees...
