Food was okay, but we ordered and then almost an hour later after checking on the food multiple times, we finally got someone to come to the counter to give us our food. This is a location where they have the order stations, so no one actually comes to the registers when anyone needs them. This was evident by the multiple customers that walked out the door because they wanted to speak to a person.
We even took a table tent number for them to bring us their food, but it seems like that was pointless. We sat in the kids area. Most of the tables were dirty and covered in food and grime. The restroom is out of service and blocked off by a trash can.
After taking nearly an hour for our food to get out, in the middle of us eating, an employee comes back (two hours before their dining room is supposed to close) and says, “ I don’t mean to rush you, but we’re closing early tonight.” I asked when they were closing and she said, “we’re closed. If y’all could get out in the next 10 minutes or so…”
Then they sat there staring at us until we started packing up.
Upon leaving, multiple employees were smoking directly in front of the exit doors, forcing us to walk ourselves and my 7 year old son and infant daughter directly through cigarette smoke clouds. Not to mention my husband who just quit smoking himself.
We then witnessed employees shouting at customers in the drive thru to “go home because they’re closed.”

Read moreI will NEVER come here again! After waiting for 20+ minutes tonight I get to the window and am told they are only accepting cash and their card readers are down. I told the woman I didn’t have cash and I should have been told this at the speaker. She claims it had just gone down but I don’t believe that after waiting as long as I did. I told the woman I had been waiting 20+ mins with hungry kids in the back and I didn’t have time to drive somewhere else and wait again! I even offered to take a receipt and come back and pay but she said no that she couldn’t give me food without me paying. I asked her what she was going to do for me since I had just waited all that time. (A free ice cream coupon would have been better than nothing!) but again, nothing she could do and the people behind me were going to “be waiting 25 mins”. I said they sure were because I wasn’t leaving until the card machine was fixed or we reached a resolution. She then proceeds to tell me if I don’t get out of the line she will call the cops on me which terrified my young daughter in the back seat!!! She cried after we left thinking we were going to jail! To top it off, this was Crystal.. the “GM”!! Pitiful excuse for Customer Service! Do better...

It really isn't fair there is absolutely no accountability for items being old or wrong. It happens so incredibly often and absolutely nothing is done. They just get away with serving old wrong food. And if its wrong they will just begrudgingly offer a remake with no apology. That's how common mistakes are here. They don't care about customer service. You shouldn't have to get a remake. It should be right the first time. I just drove through and got a $5 meal deal. My mcdouble was hard as a rock, and also had no onions and pickles when it was supposed to have onions and no pickles. When I called to explain the lady who answered the phone was speaking to someone else first and was talking about "wanna-be gangsters" before addressing me. How unprofessional. I know it's just McDonald's but put a small amount of effort into your job! They wanted more hourly, they got it, yet my food is still wrong old and cold every time. And absolutely no apology or concern on the phone. She just said to bring it back for a remake and yes she had an attitude....
