You want quality oils and vinegars? This is the place! Want to try some samples before you buy? This is the place! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Had a great time just hanging out, talking about all the different flavors and how they come to be and then sampling flavors I’d never think to combine. Let alone tasting oils and vinegars like I was at a winery. Definitely not your mass produced oils you buy in the big box stores. Even if you just dabble in the kitchen, and don’t consider yourself a “chef”. I highly recommend checking this place out! Ceri is genuinely passionate about her products and getting to know what flavors you are into. You like spicy/robust flavors, there’s an oil for that. You like sweet and savory, she’s got an oil for that. Wanna kick it up a notch and add a little zip, she’s got a vinegar to complement the oils. I am so excited to have an olive oil store in Carthage. The owner is very personable, and you can tell she is passionate about what she is doing. I will warn you that there may be a bit of sticker shock if you are used to buying olive oil at grocery stores, but it is so worth it.
