I realize they are newer but whew...if you're going to hire staff make sure they're actually trained in the options you have for coffee and how to make the coffees and for pete's sake teach them the difference between boston creme and bavarian creme...I ordered 2 lattes today both pumpkin 1 was supposed to be hot and the other iced...the hot coffee was cold and had absolutely NO flavor to it, it just tasted like a coffee with a bit of milk...the iced coffee was fine. Then we get to the donuts and we asked if they had the chocolate covered donuts with the boston creme...no we only have the bavarian creme and don't sell boston creme...then we tried to ask what other donuts they had instead, guy at the speaker just kept saying he couldn't hear us, so we pulled forward and asked the cashier nicely if he had any of the donuts we requested and he said all had sold out the other day (um do they not get made fresh every day?!) Then he told us that the creme inside was pudding like and that they had vanilla and chocolate filled ones ...wanting to see what this meant I ordered a chocolate filled donut (why is a whole donut 2+ dollars btw?!) We get down the street and the hot coffee we found out was bland and cold...the creme donut I ordered that they said they no longer carried is exactly what they gave me but chocolate flavored instead of regular and the consistency is exactly as it should have been for the regular donut that we had wanted...Again I get that it's newer but the staff is either completely undertrained or just don't gaf about what they sell to customers. Read moreI’m not blaming the hardworking staff here — they’re clearly doing their best — but the management/ownership needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run. During the morning rush, they routinely have only two employees on shift. Those two are somehow expected to handle drive-thru orders, in-store customers, mobile orders, and delivery orders all at the same time.
This is not only unrealistic, it’s unfair to the employees and frustrating for customers. Orders take far longer than they should, the line moves at a crawl, and the staff ends up stressed and apologizing for problems that are completely out of their control.
Dunkin’ corporate should be embarrassed that a store is being run this way — morning rush is one of the busiest times of day, and it’s being treated like an afterthought. This isn’t a staffing shortage issue; this is a management and scheduling.

Read moreWhen requesting vanilla latte it was brought out as cold. We stated we did not order a cold vanilla latte. They then got a hot vanilla latte and gave it to us in the drive through and it was half full. The drive through attendant was rude and disrespectful when handing us the drink. The cup on the right is the cup I had. The cup on the left was only 3/4 full of coffee when the coffee was poured out of the foam with minimal coffee flavor. Additional coffee was added from my sisters coffee to make it a small cup. Poor service and poor experience all around. When calling the location to discuss concerns the manager could only make it right if I came back in. Unfortunately I do not live in this town and will not be back to...
