Joel was absolutely everything that a sales representative should be. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me straightforward, quick, and honest answers to every question I had. He was confident in his knowledge and gave me his honest opinion on what would be best for my needs, not his. Even when explaining some upgrade options, it was clear everything was my decision: I never felt like he was leading me to a decision or pushing me to buy anything. We initially came in with the intension of pricing a new phone or cancelling the plan for the price we got at AT&T but Joel made it an easy decision to stay, not just because of the price. I continued to ask my questions about our service, was told I had to call customer support for help, but I asked for them to try and look at my account anyways. As she was looking up the account, I was given an indifferent attitude, while one of the cheerful coworkers was fan-girling over concert tickets on her phone, trying to show them to the associate helping me.
