If I could leave zero stars I would! I will never return to this store again! I have tried giving this store a chance multiple times to win me over as a customer, but has failed ever single time because they offer the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE! I’ve had multiple encounters with different employees over time but my last two have been with Russell W and he is just HORRIBLE!! I honestly don’t know how he even still has a job?!? He definitely needs to be trained or retrained in customer service!!! He shows absolutely NO INTEREST in the customer, or AT&Ts products. I love AT&T and I feel bad that this is the type of person you have representing your company and products!! He absolutely has no idea what he is doing. When asked questions, he tells you just look at this paper. His demeanor is of someone who hates his job and wishes he were somewhere else! I tried upgrading my watch and he ended up charging my card multiple times and just kept saying his smart technology sucks (referring to his tablet). I finally said stop, took my receipt and had to contact my card company and call 1800 AT&T customer service to resolve issues!! We stopped in the Nevada, Missouri store (where my parents live) before we left town to go to Joplin for the day. As this is to be a compliment and positive review, I will not comment on the lack of service we received in Nevada. When we walked into the Carthage store, we were greeted by the friendliest young man. I told him I was wanting my Mom to have my old phone and we needed assistance transferring everything from her old phone. My Mom and I are both technologically challenged, so this sweet, kind, helpful, and most patient young man made us feel better about our lack of knowledge. The young man who assisted us was Andrew. Read moreI was sold a phone in February of 2018, I've had several issues with it, I had a asurion come to repair my phone, he heated the back and took it off, it had writing all over it, he said my phone was refurbished, and that they write numbers on the refurbished parts. I bought this phone new, it was the only one they had, it was already opened, and in the box. At&t says they are a privately owned store so at&t is not responsible but the store! The store says they don't sale refurbished phones so there's nothing they can do . Why did I pay almost 1000 dollars for a phone that was supposed to be new! It was clearly not .
