I have purchased two mowers from this location over the past 2 years. Recently, my Cub Cadet ZT1 46in started misfiring and bogging down while idling and under load. Joplin Mower Center diagnosed the issue as a bad coil/ignition module. I contacted this location about warranty work and was told that I would need to wait a week to be seen, another day for diagnostics, and parts would need to be ordered. The lady who responds to calls for service was very rude and argumentative when I asked what the fastest option was the resolve this issue. Rather than waiting 1-2 weeks for a potential resolution from this location I am looking at ordering the part out of pocket to avoid lost time and revenue over a couple weeks. If my conversation with her is any indication of service from this location I would be better off paying another 3rd party to repair my mower and not take advantage of the warranty that came with my mower. The handling of this situation is ridiculous. I have been a customer 2 years and planned to return here for all my lawn care needs. Excellent store, always a joy to go. I find any excuse to come and browse. Live baby chicks part of the year, good clothing, outerwear, and footwear selection, as well as my favorite livestock feed and medication. Great selection of many top COMPETING brands, for example they carry one of the most competitive lines of yard and field tools for each individual brand of Stihl, Echo, AND Husqvarna, but the kicker is they carry not one main line, but three and have a service rep during normal hours to assist in that department. They also have excellent preserved foods and snacks, as well as treats for your pup. Overall, my top choice of a farm home and ranch store. Excellent job! Cashiers are pleasant and quick, workers in the store are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

The last few times I've came here you can't get any help at the counter. Today I came in here one of the lady looked at me like, oh no here comes another customer. It always seem like they have better things to do than help customers. Most of the time the girls are just standing up or talking to each other. No smile or Hi how are you. I asked her a question she didn't know. No offer to see if she can get somebody else to help me. I asked for help locating something I got told it's down that way. Guess I'll just drive to Atwoods or Tractor supply where they appreciate you & your money. I guess race brothers forgot who pays their bills and checks. Really sad when you like shopping...
