Took 30 minutes to get my order and they forgot to bring my drinks and one sandwich was missing as well. I did curbside and called to check what was taking so long and they said they were bagging it. Then we waited at least another 5 minutes. Very frustrating. Never going to do curbside again! They neglect the curbside and push out the drive thru. Even if there’s like 10 cars behind you. What’s the point of curbside and using the app if you’re not actually skipping the line like they advertise??? Then we went through the drive thru to get a few things fresh for my husband at home and we waited like 10 minutes before they even got on the intercom and the guy rolled his eyes when we asked for napkins. They made us pull up after the window and then a big truck also had to pull up. Then they served the big truck their food behind us and saw us sitting there and asked what we ordered. I guess they forgot? Then my daughter goes inside to check on our food and the wonder argues with her about how he already brought our cookies out but we didn’t get them. Read moreStopped here to grab a quick bite to eat on my way home from a camping trip. I needed something really bad. I get there and ask about the minute maid slush and they tell me they dont have lemonade even though this slush is the biggest thing on their menu. After the miss understanding I tried to order a mcdouble. They are out of the meat. Order a Big Mac no sesame seed buns. Okay. I ask for just the sandwich then they ask what I want to drink for a combo. Didnt want a combo I wanted the slush I asked for originally. Had to go through that again. Finally get to pay for it. Seems pricey at $7 but alright. Get the meal and it has fries which I couldn't eat I wasnt hungry for them and my slush was pathetically filled. Honestly this is a management problem if food isnt being ordered to keep inventory kept to allow for orders and employees cant be trained to know the menu and prep the food to full expectation your doing a horrible job.

I love to explain/excuse away minor indiscretions with the benefit of the doubt, but this place has no love, no loyalty recognition, and poor morale. When bad experiences become a trend, there's something wrong in-house.
I always associated McDonald's with joyful workers who are glad you chose to eat there, but now it's seems to them to be a bother when you're walking in to order, and that reflects badly on the overall atmosphere there.
Something's amiss; I just wish it was a pleasant place to go to anymore.
This was an issue long before the pandemic. I hope it gets much better and that customer service comes back stronger than before, otherwise they're losing more than money, they're losing loyalty and respect from the community that...
