I’m not one to leave a review especially if its not a positive one, but I can honestly say I won’t return to this location ever again, and I’ll make sure my family and colleagues stay away as well. Long story short customer service here today was embarrassing, unprofessional and disappointingly astonishing. Imagine being ignored while asking a cashier a question regarding your order(African American women with dreadlocs) and when I say ignored I mean literally giving me eye contact while I specifically ask her a question yet she’s not responding or saying anything back, just choosing to look at me before turning away. Then imagine a manager stepping in to answer the same question(white male with glasses)with such an attitude that he decides to shrug his shoulders at me. Wasn’t polite, wasn’t enthusiastic, wasn’t happy to help, no apology, hell he didn’t even answer my question, but he shrugged his shoulders, that he did do. The question was this… while showing the employee and manager my fry box I simply asked “is this the normal amount”? I asked this because I notice that the amount of fries in my box appeared to be very low in portion, no big deal right? Wrong, very much a big deal because just those 5 words unleashed by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Eventually 2 other people came over to speak with me with at least one being another manager, and I’m thankful for the level of professionalism they were able to show, but by then it was to late. Due to having an Italian car (apparently they are difficult to fix in Raleigh) mine has been in the shop for repairs so I have had to Uber around to run errands this week. Which has not been fun. Believe me.
So while out gathering supplies for house work in Cary yesterday, I decided to place a mobile order at the Cary location, like I regularly do a few times a week at my usual location on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. (LOVE them!)
I figured I would be able to "check in" on my app in one of the parking spots, while wearing a mask, and collect my to-go order, before my Uber arrived. The lady outside in a pony tail (not the sweet employee of yours I had mentioned earlier) was very rude and made me feel unwelcome in an already difficult situation, and told me I was not allowed to get my meal.
Awkward.
So this sweet employee came out to handle the situation herself, and treated me like a human, and hand delivered my meal. Made my day! We are all picking up the pieces after the pandemic we have all gone through, and the world needs more people like her to be able to heal faster. Please tell...
Read moreThey don’t even act like a Chick-fil-A… it’s actually comical. No one greeted me when walked in the dining room. The LEADER who took my order seemed very uninterested. Bagging was like 3 off screen. When the girl brought out my food, I asked her for cfa sauce and ketchup (because the leader taking my order didn’t ask me if I wanted any), front counter runner/bagger responded with “they’re in the lobby.” I then stood up to get the sauces and there was no cfa sauce… I walked up tot he counter to ask for some and there was a huddle of four people chit chatting and no one asked me if I had been served. I then had to ask out loud for them to see me and a gentleman handed me my sauce. I don’t know if this location has dining room workers but no one came and asked us if we needed refills the whole 30 min we were sitting there (including the time it took me to type this out). We had to throw our own trash away :) as well :) Overall, I never leave reviews but that was just too bad. I didn’t see any core values by a single cfa worker my trip inside today. I was just visiting this side of town and frequent the Roxboro Rd location in Durham and they really hold the standard high. They are the best by far so they get a shoutout! Anyway, do better...
