Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cary

Let me paint you a picture. So you go to this new chipotle place and the line is very long, so long that it blocks the front door. It’s your turn to order and you get an order to go for your wife. A teenage boy is taking your order, you ask for brown rice but they are out and it takes 10 minutes to get back in stock. You order your protein with a bunch of other stuff and when you checkout they say the chicken bowl when you didn’t order a chicken bowl. You look to see if they got the right one and then see that they didn’t put any protein in at all. You ask for the protein you want but they’re out of that too. And the thing is that this was the order for your wife with all the mistakes and yours was perfectly fine. I am not sure why they are not 5 out of 5!! Came into the restaurant today and I tell you... these group of young men were nothing less than extraordinary!! I had to wait for my rice however when it was all said and done... the gentleman who took my order end up paying for my food because of the wait!! The managers, the cooks to the cashiers were all super polite And courteous... The way they interacted with all the guest was phenomenal!! There were three young ladies that came into the establishment who had just graduated, and they honored them with free meals, that was such a blessing.You can't ask for better customer service I recommend this Chipotle to the WORLD!! Ordered mobile and went in to redeem a free Guac. One of the employee said I would have to come in store to scan it. I told the other employee that I have a receipt can you please add it to the order the mobile order I had ordered? The employee was not friendly and he went to ask the employee and they told me that’s not possible you would have to buy something even tho Chiptole app says you can redeem it if you have a receipt.
