Bad Management, Never Communicates with Employees unless they're in the wrong. FRONT Cream Machine is filled with Mold that I tried my best to clean, I told the store manager about it a few months back and he never did anything about it. Employees doesn't care about taste or Cleanliness. I've seen the worst here. I believe Race is a big thing here also. I am a hard working Black Women and Heard the store manager herself say Black people or Lazy and ect. But when it came to me defending us the statement got Changed around to "some" and compliments to me. I've seen Hard working people here including myself get fired over Nonsense and Miscummication. People that knows the store including myself and how to basically run it maybe not it all but the basic food taste and Cleanliness get unseen and Downed by little Mistakes. As to Some who just come in and stands around to get paid and half a* do there job some how gets to stick around. This job is very easy and I loved working here it's just they don't see the potential in you they love to down you and come at you for your mistakes instead of saying Thank You to the good they do for you. They need to remember the Employees Make there store get sells and ect. Ok I'm done making y'all look bad it just bothers me How y'all point out the bad and not the good. I never got a Thank you for picking up slack. Never got a Thank you for Helping out a New store manager who barely knew anything get things done, for working doubles days in a row saying f* everything else let me stay and help them out! Coming in when needed no if and or but it was always a I'm on my way! Stuff like that!! I know I'm not the only one but I'm speaking for me! I NEVER GOT A THANK YOU! F* A RAISE I WANT A THANK YOU KIYE FOR YOUR HARD WORK! MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES LOVE WHERE THEY WORK NOT JUST WANT TO COME TO GET PAID AND DO HALF A* JOBS! I really have so much to say, but this will do. I will Be Great at another Company who will Appreciate the hard work and effort there...
Read moreToday was the 3rd time that I ordered (in advance) a large order for the workplace (usually 5-6 dozen assorted/mixed donuts and 3-5 boxes of coffee).
Time #1: Order placed the day before for assorted dozens and boxes of coffee and cost was charged to my credit card the day before. Show up to pick it up the next morning, and no one had prepared any of it, nor knew about it. Had to wait 30 min to brew the coffee, prep the bags and box the donuts. Only reply from staff was a monotone and disingenuous, "sorry, sir."
Time #2: Order placed the day before for assorted dozens and boxes of coffee and cost was charged to my credit card the day before. Tried to call in advance of pick up time that morning, no answer to call. Showed up to pick it up. Donuts were boxed up but no coffee made. Staff member looked at ticket and said "oh yes, it says you want 5 "box of joes. Sorry" Wait 30 min to brew coffee. No accommodation, genuine apology or concession offered.
Time #3 (Today) Order placed yesterday for assorted dozens and boxes of coffee to pick up this morning and cost was charged to my credit card yesterday. Due to previous issues, I tried to call multiple times in advance of pick up time this morning, but no one picked up. Showed up to pick up order, donuts were boxed and ready but they said, "oh, we are out of boxes for coffee, sorry." I asked why, if you took my number yesterday and charged the order last night, did you not tell me you couldn't do the boxed coffee? They just said "sorry, sir" and told me "you can just drive to another store and buy more coffee there." Called and drove 12 min to another Dunkin (High House/55) who was far more apologetic than the Green Level staff has been on any occasion and came to work. Unloaded/unboxed donuts and found that Green Level had not given me assorted, but instead 5 dozen of all plain. Not sure why, because we had ordered and confirmed assorted, but its more of what's to be expected with this...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will make sure I tell all of my clients, family and friends in Cary to no longer frequent this establishment. I asked in advance when placing my order for my drink to made a specific way and the girl taking the order seemed to have an issue with it. I told her it was ok and that I would taste it at the window to see if it needed to be fixed. My drink was terrible and I went inside to have it fixed, the young lady at the counter was super understanding and great until a young girl with blonde hair decided to come up and intervene. I told her that my drink was watered down and that I would like to have it fixed to which she told me “it was because of the light ice I requested in the drink” (no problem there I can understand that) however I mentioned in advance that I wanted it fixed a certain way and I’ve NEVER had a problem at this location until her. She proceeded to tell me that she would fix it “this time” but next time she’s not doing it. That’s when my problem began, I don’t understand how an employee can have the confidence she has to tell a PAYING customer that she is not going to give them what they are using their money on to support the business that pays their check. She was extremely rude and wanted to hand me my drink back because I stated to her that even if I came back the next day if my drink was not right I would have them fix it again. She then told me that she wouldn’t help me if I came back there and honestly it was giving the feeling of racism by the way she talked to me and treated me.
