Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

I only worked there for a month or so, but my experience as a customer covers the better part of a year. Looking over a lot of the reviews here, I am pleased to see that a lot of the reviews are positive. The food is above average, as well as the variety and ability to accommodate the needs of customers (carefully handling vegetarian orders, gluten free pizzas, giving credit linked to the persons phone number if there is an issue, etc.). Even working with them, It was a fun environment to be in. For me and the family, most of our orders are Bold Pepperoni on one half, and cheese on the other half in a large Pizza. They always show up in a reasonable amount of time (the amount of time they tell you it will take) and while some may disagree, I think that while you can get cheaper pizza, you pay for what it's worth. Sure I could go somewhere cheaper, but that's if I want cheaper quality. I like Jets because I'm a quality over quantity person, but that's just me. I hope whoever reads this, whether your experience was bad or good, will give Jet's another try as everyone has a bad day every once in a while. We're all human...

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had never heard of this place until a few weeks ago. I was in a rush to catch a bus but also starving and decided to check this place out while I was waiting.. seeing a great price for a quick bite on the window. The lady at the register could tell I was in a hurry or at least anxious and was willing to help me by any means. Hoping I could make the time, I made my order and paid.. and sure enough my bus was pulling up. I ran outside in hopes that I could convince the driver to wait for just a minute. I felt like such inconvenience to the business and to the driver all because of my hunger and figured I had to just leave my food and what would then be a donation behind. But before I could even say anything to the driver, as he opened the doors she had come out and was walking up behind me with my order. Was told by a friend on IG in Texas to check out Jets because of the customizable crust. So glad I followed her advice as it was super easy to order through text and pick it up. I got their 4 slice Detroit Deep dish which came with tons of topping options. I went with the pepperoni, premium mozarella, mushroom, and spinach. I also selected the garlic flavored crust.

I picked up my order a couple of minutes before it was promised and it was pipping hot. The cheese pulled as I took my first bite and it just melted. My taste buds did a serious dance as I took more and more bites. The crust had a hit of carmel, garlic, and salt. Sooo super yummy! The rest of the toppings felt like sides as the crust and cheese were "it" for me!
