I went at 8:40 to the drive through. They got my order wrong three times at the window and then had me pull up to the drive through waiting area. I waited, and waited, and waited. After the fourth car after me had also been instructed to pull up and wait I went inside with my children. Three customers that were waiting after me also came in frustrated. When I got in there the happy meals for my children were sitting out on the cold counter. I asked about my order and was told that I wasn’t ready. One of the customers after me who got the same item my order was waiting on was given his order and he left. Another customer who went through the drive through after me also got their food. The shift leader Regina, still didn’t have my food ready. She proceeded to make excuses blaming the kitchen. Guess what, if the customer AFTER me got the same thing my order was waiting on, it’s not the kitchen. Then she had no idea what sides we had ordered in the kids meals and we had to go through all of that again while the kids meals are getting cold. I asked for my receipt because if they had been so confused about my order it was probably keyed in wrong to begin with, it was. I asked for the difference and she couldn’t do the math. She told me she would have to void the order and rerun for it correctly. When she came back ten minutes later she’s had donebit all wrong and tried to charge me more. Oh and I forgot to mention that she said that my kids seemed hungry and that I was making them wait by inquiring about the receipt, the nerve. I had never up until this point had a problem with that restaurant. In fact there is a woman that works in the device through in the morning who I think should get a promotion because she’s is so great at what she does.
I got some looks from a young man at the register, he felt bad for me and it was obvious. He was her subordinate and could do nothing to rectify the situation although the look in his eyes told me this is not the first time it happened.
Regina needs to be demoted/ terminated. She is in the wrong role. She is not competent to be in the role that she is in and furthermore has such a lack of any sort of good customer service skills.

I haven’t been to this location in years and it happened to be convenient so I pulled in today and got some early lunch, I definitely got skipped at the double drive-through because they were cherry picking who they were letting go through. I asked for extra tartar sauce on my fish sandwich and they put so much on it I couldn’t even eat the sandwich because it was basically a tartar sandwich and was so messy and disgusting… got everywhere, this is not the case at other locations. They put the big Mac sandwich in wrong so when I pulled it out, it also fell all over the floor, so all of the food that I ordered ended up on everything and on the floor. I called to speak to a manager and a girl picked up the phone, I assume her name is Heidi. I couldn’t understand if it was Heidi or Holly when I asked for it. I asked her to spell it and she was so incredibly rude. She told me I had to tell her what was wrong before she would tell me what her name was or would spell it for me, multiple times. I asked to speak to another manager. She said there wasn’t one… I asked her again please just tell me how to spell your name so I can reference it if I need to later and she said again, I would need to tell her what was wrong before she would tell me how to spell her name. Then starting acting like I was saying that I wanted to call back when I was clearly saying that I wanted to speak to a manager, she was lying and trying to make it look like I wasn’t saying what I was saying. What were her intentions? I don’t know if she was just pretending to be a manager, but if she was a manager, that is so incredibly sad for all of the future customers here. So here I am left very upset, with food everywhere, and with a manager who refuses to verify their name. Definitely skip this place they seem to have immature teenagers in charge. Well, I need to bring down the 5 stars to 0 actually, but I let it keep as 2 as the experience I had may be a rare one. No soap/hand sanitizer in the men's room (as I had my spouse with me to assist me) Floating two big cups on men's toilet (found disgusting, not employees but the people with a little brain are to blame) Got cold/old nuggets, she was happy to make some fresh nuggets. To our displeasure, it came as hot (like it!) but cooked in oil which needed a change long ago, tasked bad (didn't complain them this time). It was like having "junk food more junk". Staffs are all young, seem understaffed (a customer, entered, waited, and left as none showed up at kiosk) or these fellows are not doing their job, I don't know.
