I was hungry and tired tonight so I wanted something easy and quick. Decided to give this McDonald’s another shot. That was the wrong decision. First, can you pull into the parking lot to get into the drive-through line? There are at least 8 to 12 vehicles parked in the spots outside of the drive-through lines. Lights and all either online ordering pick up or one of the delivery services they offer. The doors are locked, so nobody goes in the restaurant. I heard a driver telling another driver that he had been waiting for 47 minutes. Could you imagine waiting over an hour to get your cold soggy McDonald’s that you ordered for delivery? Anyway, people trying to back out of those spots while people are in line to the drive-through is a disaster waiting to happen. The drivers are in a hurry, the people in line don’t wanna lose their place in line or just can’t move because the line doesn’t move. Anyway, I waited in line at the drive-through for about 35 minutes. Pull up the speaker and don’t even get acknowledged or greeted for four or five minutes. I began to place my order, which was a McChicken with no lettuce and two Mc doubles. His response was “1-7”. Told me I can only order the meals one through seven. it’s 1145 and I don’t want a double quarter pounder with a large fry and a Coke before I go to bed. Told me, those are the options. Mind you I’ve been there for nearly 4 minutes. There’s not a sign posted anywhere saying limited menu. Nobody told anyone that. At least last time I was there I could order whatever I wanted to order after waiting for so long. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. I understand being shortstaffed. I understand customer service more than you would ever know. They either need to close if unable to run properly or they need to inform people way ahead of time what the next hour is gonna look like for them. They need to put up signs or let people know there’s a limited menu. if they did that, I guarantee that they wouldn’t feel so shortstaffed, because so many people would not even begin the chaotic process. Management, you need to step up if you can’t, franchisee, you need to step up. I’m gonna try this again pretty soon to see if they’ve worked on any solution to their problems. I’d love to change this post into a five star, great job, can’t wait to be back review. But that’s up...
Read moreToday at 11:52 am I went through the drive through and asked for a deluxe, chrispy chicken combo with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo but got a very soggy, chrispy chicken with one pickle slice instead. For the sake of peace and not being picky, I normally don't complain about things like that but I've been noticing too many mistakes being made too many times by McDonald's employees in the last couple of years like getting the wrong items or missing straws, napkins, or putting sugar in the coffee, etc. I decided that it's time to complain. So I parked outside and went inside with my meal bag. I looked for the store manager and explained to him what happened. To my surprise, rather than being helpful _like any other normal person in charge would be the manager asked me if I had my receipt! Which annoyed me because he was questioning my complaint. I took my receipt out of the meal bag and showed it to him but after checking my receipt he had the nerve to say that "that was my request". So I firmly replied: "No, I requested a Delux crispy chicken meal..." After that, he totally ignored me carrying about his business as if nothing happened. I waited patiently and I finally got my request from another employee. At that point I was already angry because I was treated with disrespect and to add insult to injury didn't even get new fries let alone an apology! Alright, I understand that employees may be busy and make mistakes, but that's not an excuse for a store manager to act unprofessionally or unapologetically towards an unsatisfied customer's complaint! I really think that McDonald's should take care of these matters quickly because they're becoming a trend lately or customers will be forced to go to Wendy's, BBK, or any other fast food chain where they at least get acknowledged! In other words, McDonald's should remind this new wave of franchise owners to retrain their employees professionally rather than irritating customers with their bad attitude lack of commitment while making the McDonald's brand...
Read moreIt was awful! We ordered through drive thru, and when we go to the window the guy told us to wait at those parking spaces while our food was being made. Mind you, it was a small order! It was only french fries and chicken nuggets. We were the ONLY ONE'S ASKED TO PULL FORWARD. Everyone else got their food by the window and left. This one person had 3 dinner boxes and this other one had 2 huge bags filled to the top they asked us to pull up? After 15 minutes, I assumed they forgot about us so I went inside to demand my money back. I went to the cashier and told him to refund me. He said he was it was being made. 15 minutes for a small fries and chicken nuggets? It wasn't till I said something I assume a poor excuse for an asst manager came over and had the bag in his hand and said it was ready. As if they rushed to make it and handed it to me. No, I wanted my refund. Then he huffs and puffs and begins the refund. No apology, no reason why it took 15 minutes, no nothing, he didn't speak one word to us! I know he was some type of manager because he did the refund for us. He was short, brown hair, that's all. The receipt doesn't show his employee #. I took the receipt and left. I noticed the asst manager placed the bag on the counter where the food was made. I'm 100% certain he was going to dump the fries and nuggets back into the fryer and that is a health concern. Rude, disgusting customer service! Never coming here ever again! By reading some of the reviews, I can see I wasn't the only one that had...
